IPU CET BJMC cut off depends on the following factors:

• Total number of seats available in each course
• Reservation for various categories
• Difficulty level of IPU CET
• Marking schemes
• Popularity of a branch
• Popularity of college
• Shift (morning or evening

So you can see that based on previous year cut-off provided,it can be said that you can get VIPS.Rest depends on the current situation.

The GGSIPU CET BBA 2019 cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates have to score to be eligible for the admissions process. Depending upon the rank/merit the admission in the affiliated institutes is decided. If a candidate's GGSIPU CET BBA result/merit is equal or greater than the required cutoff mentioned by an institute,then they are eligible to apply for admissions to that institute.

For getting admission in BBA at VIPS , one needs a rank upto 2500 on below.

Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies(VIPS) affiliated to IPU offer BCA in both shifts i.e. Ist Shift as well as IInd shift.

According to last year's cut-off it is difficult to get vips in Ist shift. But you might get it in IInd shift.

If you want vips ( Ist year ) you might go for spot counselling.

Admission in NLUs through CLAT closes around a rank of 1500-1600 for the general category and there are around 2000 seats available through IPU CET for both BA LLB as well as BBA LLB. Also that 85% seats are reserved for Delhi Candidates,and rest 15% are for Outside Delhi region. You can expect the Delhi region cut off to go till 4000-5000 rank. And the outside region to go lower that this and this is just an estimate.

so you might have a fair chance of getting admission in VIPS

No these colleges does not provide hostel facilities. Students have to look for PGs. Pg are bit expensive there will cost you around rs.10,000. Food provided by them is depend of average quality. It depends college to college some provide wifi, food some are not.

With the given rank in IPUCET code-126 and your category as General from Delhi region,it is tough for you to get admission in VIPS but do have chances of getting into Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies,Rohini and JIMS,Vasant Kunj according to the 2018 cutoff.

VIPS is amongst the top notch colleges in Delhi having said that JIMS and MSIT are no less.  VIPS will offer you more exposure than the other two and has better placement record.  Infrastructure of all three colleges is equally good. VIPS does have a strict attendance criteria.
