So, admission in NLUs through CLAT closes around a rank of 1500-1600 for the general category and there are around 2000 seats available through IPU CET for both BA LLB as well as BBA LLB. Also that 85% seats are reserved for Delhi Candidates,and rest 15% are for Outside Delhi region. You can expect the Delhi region cut off to go till 4000-5000 rank. And the outside region to go lower that this and this is just an estimate.

This is the first time IP university is taking admissions through CLAT. As the NLU cutoff goes at 1500, we can expect the IPU cutoff to be at 4000 to 5000. So, based on the rank predictor, your rank is around  3000 to 4000. So, there is a chance you might get in. All the best !!!

Depends weather you have Delhi quota or not because Delhi has 85% reservation

You can easily get BJMC in VIPS if you are from Delhi. You have a good chance if you are from outside Delhi.

The chances for getting VIPS or JIMS is a bit tough but not entirely impossible. Assuming you belong to General category, let me tell you the cut off of last year so that you can have an estimate:

1)JIMS- for BA LLB 6045, for BBA LLB 5945

2)VIPS- for BA LLB 4346, for BBA LLB- 5565

So it may look like chances are slim but all is not lost. You can apply in Chandraprabhu Jain College or Shri Krishna College of Education.

Hey, I won't be giving you false hopes so the answer to your question is No. You'd definitely got the seat if you'd scored <2500 but this rank won't be able to make it to VIPS. But I will suggest you to wait till The last round of counselling i.e. Spot round. You'll not get VIPS but, you'll surely get third or fourth best college of IPU for Law. Good luck.
