Inorder to take admission in colleges like VIT you have to give their respective entrance examination through which only you will be able to take admission your marks in CET doesn't affect anymore in admission in this colleges eventhough other displayed colleges will also take prefer JEE mains score rather than other entrance examination.

Ankit every state conduct their entrance test like MHCET or Karnataka CET for admission in their respective state wise college but overall if you have good score in JEE mains then they will give more preference to it rather than CET.

But i have only 17 marks in jee then wht should i do now plzz help
Aniket in such case you only have option to apply via CET of which state which you have given inorder to take admission in those colleges which are coming under your domain.
