I am studying bsc in it because i loved it field and and the quality of the teaching very well and teachers are very frank in nature and good in talk they always give notes to us and they always help us

    Placements

Our placements cell is well good.most of the students get placed through the university and the highest salary package is 8lakh per year and our average salary was 4 lakh per year and this is the best part of our university

    Value for Money

I disaggree this because our college charge 1lakh in per sem as compared to another university and poor people can't afford this university and but they charge hude money but they also provide good things like clubs and playing match

    Campus Life

Our best features is canteen area and we enjoyed so much in this area and playground also very well maintain and but worst thing is our fees structure is very chargeble and our location is very good in area

    good, costly, tiresome, infrastructure,

    College Infrastructure

In my four years of graduation I never had any issues with infrastructure except for a few things which I am going to mention later. Security on gates is on point as you can not enter without punching in your id and bio metrics. Labs and classes are clean and in good shape with AC. Equipment in lab although well maintained was not enough. Food in the main canteen was gross and unhygienic but you can find healthy froot charts in h-block which also has shops like CCD, subway, dominos, L'Oreal etc.

    Academics

I was studying electronics and communication in Amity. the quality of teaching is good but not great. Most teachers are sincere and try their best to complete syllabus before exams. Curriculum is although updated regularly contains subjects which are totally not related to my major like history, evs etc. Amity tries its best to make you job ready, they take placements very seriously. The course contains specific subjects which are designed to help us clear the entrance exam for jobs.

    Placements

Amity takes placements very seriously. There are two branches that bring jobs to the students ATPC and CRC. ATPC companies are bigger and more popular as compared to those brought to us by CRC. Placement opportunities are going to be abundant with a mixture of core, coding, sales and consultancy jobs. Amity provides 100% placements to its students with average package of 4-5 lacks and highest package of 12 lacks from google as far as my batch was concerned. Placement process was easy.

    Value for Money

My course was b.tech in electronics and communication without hostel or three continent or semester abroad and it cost me about 3 lacs per year with increments in fee cost every year. Total of about 15 lacs was spent as fee. My case was specially worse due to the fact that we didn't get a proper farewell or convocation yet and cultural event was cancelled not only in the last year but in the year prior to that as well. In the end that I didn't get my money's worth, not even close.

    Campus Life

best feature of my campus was the sheer size of it where students can engage in various activities such as swimming, tennis, football, cricket etc. Students of different courses use the same facilities for sports without causing any chaos. teachers and support staff are good enough as in they provide sports equipment at their own convenience and can resolve any issues regarding the sport. There are villages outside the walls of my college. I feel although unhygienic it's safe.

    Others

My experience overall was fine. People all over NCR come to Amity for quality education and the non ragging campus provides a safe environment for them. Amity also helps you build your personality and gain confidence not to mention it also gives you exclusive discounts and coupons for some specific restaurants ,gaming joints and pubs. The one issue I constantly had was with documentation and paperwork along with everything which was redundant, tiresome and adds boredom to a students life.

Amity have acardia in which u can play indoor games like pool, snooker, bowling, etc. Amity have dominos, cafe coffee day and subway. Amity is a mall in which 75% attendance is mandatory.

    Academics

Amity university having an international academic plans in which u can go foreign country to study and u can interact internationally. Amity have campus in more than 5 countries. Amity university having a good session plan.

    Placements

    College Infrastructure

The facilities and infrastructure of the institute complement its academic ecosystem. The institute classrooms, laboratories, library and seminar hall serve, support and enhance the teaching learning process

    Academics

I am doing bba in amity university because i want to become an business man. The quality of teaching in our university is good. Yes our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

    Placements

The quality of placements at our college is good 90% of students were placed 36 lakhs was the highest package offered and it was from b-tec. The average salary offered is around 4to5 lakhs and our college is very supportive in all the things specially during campus placement

    Value for Money

3 to 4 lakhs around. And yes i think I'm getting moneys worth because the campus is fully air conditioned and classes have smart board and the teaching faculty is very experienced and highly educated and our very supportive

    Campus Life

Our college campus life is best because we have everything in our college only like cafeteria, gym, arcades, dominoes, cafe coffee day, and many more things like that. Amity University Experience

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

I have not been to the campus and institution because of the lockdowns but I have read and heard that the living spaces and academic spaces both are hygienic and clean. The faculty is very supportive, caring and helping. They are at every step if you want to seek any guidance in any matter.

    Academics

I am studying B.Sc. Geo-Informatics and Remote Sensing which talks about both earth sciences and about satellites and how they work and everything in it. The quality of teaching is good and teachers are always available if you have any doubts or anything. Faculty members help us as much as they can. The presentations made by our teachers in this lockdown time is so articulate and accurate and does not exceed anything in information but generates an interest in us to learn further by ourselves.

    Placements

As far as i have learned from my seniors the placements are really good and studying in this school/university is worth it according to me. Around 60-70% children out of them who applied for placements and gave it have been able to crack it. Salary offered is around the 10-35 lakhs annually for the jobs.

    Value for Money

The course costs 1 lakh per year and yes its worth it. I am learning a lot of things that are new and interesting to me. And the institution is always pushing us to come out of our comfort zones.

    Campus Life

Even though i have never really been on the campus, but I have heard and read reviews from people that it is an awesome experience.

    Placements

They give us hope of 100% but it totally depends on us which means on our grades which means if u gained 9.5cgpa which means u can sit for placement and you need to study hard because they won't let you go easily because they want marks from us

    Value for Money

Yeah I can say that amity is value for money

    Campus Life

Campus Life is awesome but they are strict they want their students to learn atleast

    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good enough and well equipped with facilities like canteen, library, seminar hall, conference hall and the hostel facilities is quite good and the food is hygienic.Playground ,court are well maintained.

    Academics

Faculty is well qualified but the curriculum is average. They try hard to teach and get concepts very easily.Faculty member are highly educated and there is a big ground where you can play. The subject taught helps us to get good job

    Placements

Amity gives 100% placement but students are placed by mass recruiters so the package range between 3-4 lacs per annum. You need to work very hard to get placements and should also maintain more than 6.5 cgpa .

    Value for Money

The course per fees is 1.5 to 2 lacs.Considering the facilities and collage campus, the money is quite worth.

    A theatre of Knowledge

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

There are spacious classrooms and all are air-conditioned. Most of the classrooms are amphitheatre style. There are around 50 syndicate rooms. There are E-learning studios. There are WiFi facilities. Everything is well maintained.

    Academics

The quality of teaching at Amity is very good. The course is prepared by integrating the traditional courses with the latest trends according to the industry requirements. The detailed curriculum is reviewed regularly according to the industry requirements.

    Placements

Amity provides the best placements. Around 4000 students have already been placed this year. The placement cell has 60 members that constantly interact with the corporates and help students prepare for their placements. The top recruiters at Amity are Microsoft, HCL, Dabur, Coca Cola, Pepsi Co., etc.

    Value for Money

My course at Amity University costs around less than 10 lakhs for the whole course. It is expensive but worth spending. I feel that I am getting my money's worth at Amity University. The facilities and education is very good.

    Campus Life

The campus life is good and engaging. There are many different extra-curricular activities for students to engage with. The teachers are all reputed and highly qualified and very supportive. The support staff is also very helpful. The location is in a good area in Noida and can handle emergencies.

Wished for a special campus life, got nothing

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is superb. Its clean and well maintained with proper sanitation and air conditioners. However our classrooms do not have smart boards. And yes we face one problem in using the instruments for our experiments as they do not work properly. Many times error occurs and results shown are not accurate. This is the onmy issue in infrastructure and maintenance.

    Academics

I am pursuing B.Sc so we don't get job immediately after the bachelor's degree. The problem here is that we lose interest in our subjects as teachers are not very enthusiastic and we can't really relate it to our real life. Teachers just come and deliver the lecture and show no botheration about us if we understood or not. Teaching methodology here is providing us with notes and mugging up everything a day before exam .

    Placements

Amity assures 100% placements. Although mine is not a professional degree course, so i believe it is difficult to get a job directly after this. However for professional courses, 80-90% placements are recorded.

    Value for Money

Fee for my course is approximately 120000/- per year. I don't think i am getting my money's worth here as per the quality of education. 9 to 5 classes regularly. College debarres you if attendance is short. However the department works systematically and maintains discipline throughout.

    Campus Life

The campus is huge but I don't find a suitable campus life here. Daily routine is fixed with 9 to 5 classes and no extra curricular is promoted. Other departments do give exposure to students but no such case in ours teachers are highly qualified but they are all doctorates and not have much experience in teaching. They fail to impart wisdom and knowledge to us. Only through notes do we learn. A few are good though. Location is fine.

    College Infrastructure

overall infrastructure is good, separate department for different courses. Very clean and advanced biotech labs and computer labs as well. lectures halls are spacious enough. washrooms available at every floor with good hygiene. cafeteria place is big enough with many different cafes to hang out.

    Academics

my course was dual integrated program (B.TECH + M.TECH) in biotechnology, the faculties were very good and sincere. They were ready to help at any time. There were events, seminars and competitions related to our course on the weekly basis, which gave us a platform to gain more knowledge and extra curriculum activities as well.

    Placements

placement is average, but better than some other private companies. The college doesn't care about where you are getting placed, they just want you to get placed. I have seen many people after doing B.tech in computer science or Biotech end up getting a job in sales. There is a lot of competition and very less pick up by the good companies.

Have a question related to Amity University, Noida ?

Best collge bewteen Saptgiri and Amity

Amity University (especially Noida, the main campus) is far more recognized globally and nationally, with better brand value, exposure, placements, research opportunities, and infrastructure. It’s good if you’re looking for a degree with wide recognition in India and abroad.

Sapthagiri (College of Engineering / University, Bangalore) is more of a regional choice, good for students in Karnataka who want a decent education at a lower fee structure (compared to Amity) with local placements.

    Conclusion:

If your priority is brand recognition, global exposure, and diverse opportunities, go for Amity.

Hi myself Sandeep Please advise for the good options among JSS / Amity Noida / AKEG / ABES / Galgaotia for BTECH CS course.

    Hello Sandeep,
Among the colleges you mentioned, JSS, Noida and Galgotias are considered better for B.Tech in CSE due to strong faculty, infrastructure, and placement records.

Amity Noida has good exposure but is more expensive. ABES is also a good option with decent placements. AKEG is comparatively less preferred. If placements and academics are your priority, JSS and Galgotias would be the top choices.

How is the career opportunities in amity university

    Dear aspirant,

The careers opportunities at Amity University can be good, but they largely depend on the campus, course, your skills, and how actively you engage during your studies . Since you have not mention which Amity campus you are referring to , but remember the Noida campus offers better placements compared to other Amity campuses. For CSE, Law management and mass communication placement records are decent, with top companies like TCS, Deloitte, Accenture and a few startups hiring students. But you have to keep in mind that it’s important to build strong projects, communication skills internship and networking. Amity gives you the platform, but the outcome depends a lot on your efforts.
