Hello aspirant,
With 375 marks and an AIR of around 2.6 lakh under the EWS category, your chances of getting BAMS at Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College (AUTC), New Delhi through Delhi state counselling are slim but not impossible. In previous years, AUTC’s cutoff for EWS category under Delhi state quota has generally closed around 340–400 marks, depending on the year and seat availability. Your score puts you on the edge, so you might not get in during the first few rounds, but you could still have a chance in the mop-up or stray vacancy round if seats are left unfilled.
Make sure to register for Delhi state AYUSH counselling and list AUTC as your top preference. Keep backup options ready in case the cutoff stays high this year.
Hello,
You cannot get admission into the 2-Year Full-Time (Day) MBA or MBA-HRM at IISWBM without a CAT score. For these courses, CAT is the only accepted exam.
However, for other MBA programmes like:
MBA (Evening)
MBA in Public Systems
you can apply through other exams like MAT, CMAT, JEMAT, GATE, GMAT, XAT, or ATMA.
Hope it helps !
dear student,
If you're applying for CAT 2025 with an NC-OBC certificate issued in Delhi, it is valid as long as it meets a few key conditions.
The certificate must be issued on or after April 1, 2024 . This is important because CAT follows the central government's reservation policy, and certificates older than this date won’t be accepted.
Also, make sure the certificate is in the format prescribed by the Government of India for Central Educational Institutions. Since CAT is a national-level exam, only the central format is valid—even if the certificate is issued by a state authority like Delhi.

If your son’s first preference is CSE, then Amrita Bangalore clearly leads among the three, simply because CSE opens more doors in terms of placements, internships, and future-proof careers. Amrita is also NAAC A++ and has a strong reputation, especially for CSE. Category 2 is also manageable fee-wise compared to higher categories.
VIT Chennai is a decent campus, and their ECE program is solid, but Category 5 means much higher fees and very low chance of branch upgrade later. CSE at VIT Chennai would have been more competitive here — but ECE at that fee tier is not as strong a deal unless your son has a strong interest in core electronics.
Manipal Bangalore (MIT Bengaluru campus) is a newer campus. ECE there is still developing in terms of placements and faculty compared to the main Manipal campus. Unless your son strongly prefers Bangalore or is getting some advantage here like scholarships or internship access, it doesn't stand out above Amrita.
So, recommendation: Go with Amrita Bangalore CSE (Category 2). It balances a strong branch with a decent campus and better long-term potential in the tech industry. If your son is open to core electronics and you’re okay with the higher cost, VIT Chennai is fine, but still comes second to CSE at Amrita.
All the best!
hi,
With a NEET score of 317 and an All India Rank of around 3,96,965, you definitely have some chances, especially because you are from Bihar and belong to the OBC category. For BDS, it might be tough to get a government seat at this score, as BDS cutoffs for OBC are usually higher in Bihar. But you can still get a private BDS seat if you apply through state counselling. In mop-up or spot rounds, sometimes private dental seats are available even at this rank.

350s is below typical general category cutoffs for private MBBS seats.
Only realistic route is through management/NRI quota in lower-tier colleges with high fees.
Government seats are highly unlikely .
