NIT Rourkela
SVNIT

This order will be the most accepted as even though you won't get CS in BITS, however the exposure they provide in various fields like Finance, Economics is unparalleled.

Dear candidate,
You should anytime go for NSUT EE as there are many factors. Its in delhi and all major companies will get attracted to this college first. Comparing its placements from your other mention colleges, its is very good plus your a getting a great college life which gets it an edge over any other colleges.
IIITG does not offer any scholarships for st students or for that matter any category students or even on the basis of the income also but yes you can apply for scholarships that various state governments give from there side also if you are unable to pay your fee the institute will help you to get loans from PSU banks but yes from the institute side there are no scholarships on any basis
