The assignments for July session of this year for BCA program in IGNOU is yet to be uploaded, you should stay updated at the official website at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/assignments/schools/socis/bca/bca.html, and when it comes to submission of assignments since BCA course is semester based in IGNOU and you took admission in july session, you will have to submit assignments to appear in december term end exam, usually prior to covid pandemic to appear for december term end exam submission used to get commence by september only, but since there has been tremendous shift schedule in this regard,  you can stay updated at http://www.ignou.ac.in/ regarding this,

IGNOU regional centre Imphal, Manipur offers only distance education. That means no regular classes are conducted and you have to just appear for exam.
the centre at manipur is a regional centre for administrative work and all. Not for classes

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that mba admission in IGNOU are done through openmat exam  and you need to have 55 percent in your bachelors to be eligible for it . Difficulty of mba exam is quite average , you will be easily able to crack it after some prepartion . The exam generally held in april of every year and you need to register online for the exam

As per the UGC, guidelines a person can pursue two degrees at a time provided that both degrees are not done in the regular mode. As you have done your BA Library Science from Open Mode and BEd from Regular Mode then you will have no problem and both of your degrees are valid.

Examinations conducted by Jharkhand State open school board are not accepted for higher studies in IGNOU.Jharkhand state open school is not recognised institution and it was running in small premises.JSOS obtained the certificates to secure admission in the private institutions affiliated to the appellant-university under the management quota,but certificates are neither valid nor legal.

If your admission is confirmed then you will receive your enrollment number through registered contact details such as email-id, and mobile number, else you can try login at the admission portal at https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/, sign in by providing your username and password, if your admission is confirmed you will be directed towards a page where all the essential information will be displayed on the screen, if this doesn't work out, try sending an email to your regional centre by providing your control number, they might revert back providing enrollment number.

First of all you need to register at the student portal of IGNOU at https://ignou.samarth.edu.in/, click on "new registration" and enter your programme code, name as on ID and enrollment number, and submit the same, an OTP will be sent to your registered contact details which you need to enter and change your password, finally you will be directed towards the login page where you need enter the login credentials such as username where you will be required to enter your enrollment number and password, and submit the same, , under the section of "services", you will see various options and one amongst all such is study centre change request, which you need to click and enter the preferred centre listed under RC 2 Rajghat, and finally submit the same, you can view the status in the portal only, once your study centre is changes, the same will get updated and thereafter make sure to download your new ID card, hope this helps, if you face any sort of difficulty, you can mention the same in the comment box below.
