If you are preparing for jnu political science entrance exam, you can go for the book called R GUPTA'S JNU MA POLITICAL SCIENCE GUIDE. This book contains ample Study and Practice Material with numerous Multiple Choice Question-Answers on all the relevant chapters & topics of Political Science. Both the Study and Practice Material have been included in this book and it will serve both as Study Material and a True Test of your preparation for the exam.You should Start your preparation by sorting between the easy and difficult topics and start by understanding and studying the concepts from topics you find tough. This will be helpful as later on you just need to revise through these concepts rather than start afresh. Bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4-years B.Sc. (Physician Assistant Course); OR Medicine (MBBS) OR B.D.S. with at least 55% marks. So yes, you're eligible for JNU CEEB.

It actually depends on what interests you or what do u want to study. Every course has ample opportunities with respect to future and all the courses are taught by amazing teachers.
I don't know about all the courses, but MA in economics, both from CESP or CITD are awesome courses, very intellectual and intuitive.
Then there are a list of subjects in International relations which provide a really good course outline.

College Infrastructure
JNU offers decent academic infrastructure with spacious classrooms, a central library, language labs, and good internet connectivity. While some buildings feel old, greenery and open spaces make it pleasant. For BA French, the School of Language facilities are well-equipped, fostering a comfortable learning environment. Maintenance could be more consistent in hostels.

It is lush green campus, eco friendly with rocky terrain, peacocks, and wildlife. Known as one of the most beautiful and serene university campuses in India. Libraries are large, well maintained and air conditioned.
