Dear Sir/Ma'm, this is a score prettt goof enough. With this score according to previous years cutoffs, you can expect admission to King George medical University where the cutoff for the year 2018 was 589 for general, 575 for OBC, 454 for SC and 303 for ST.

Hey Anjali !
Before answering your question, please accept my heartiest congratulations for notching such a marvellous marks in NEET 2019.

Although, the cutoff of NEET 2019 is predicted to be a bit higher compared to that of 2018 owing to the 2 major reasons.
1. A huge increase in the number of Examinees ( 15.6 lakhs) compared to that of 2018 (13.2 lakhs)
2. Slightly easier level of question paper.

Accordingly, the cutoff marks and rank of KGMU, Lucknow is certain to vary.

If we follow the statistics, in the year of 2018, the cutoff marks for KGMU for the OBC category was 548.

If we compare your score with that of the previous year, you are much ahead of the closing marks.
So even if the cutoff increases by say around 20 marks, you should be on the safer side.

I am providing you with the link of cutoffs and closing ranks of all the medical colleges in UP so that you can tally as per your need and make a wise decision

Hope I could help you out.

Feel free to ask anything.

Good Luck !

Hii Shailesh
As per the experts the level of NEET exam was from easy to moderate so there will be a increase in cut-off marks this year so based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in kgmu and BHU is difficult under 15%, all India quota seats but you will surely get other government medical colleges.i Hope this information helps you.
Thank you

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under All India Quota, the cut offs for KGMU and Lady Hardinge's have been as follows:

KGMU:
General Category: 613
SC: 557
ST: 486

Lady Hardinge:
General  Category: 633
OBC: 615
SC: 559
ST: 482

It is a tough job if you belong to General Catehory or OBC to get in these colleges with your expected score. Having said that, the cut offs change every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released so that you can weigh in your options.

Hey.

The cut off rank and marks respectively for admission in King George Medical University, Lucknow under the State quota for general category in the previous year was 6,573 rank and  572 marks.
For admission under the All India quota the cut off for the  General category was a rank of 893 and a score of 613 marks. Hence for a fair chance of admission here 580+ would be a safe for under the State quota and 610+ would be a safe for under the All India quota.
Best of luck

Hello!

Based on past year cut off records and your expected score, you can easily get King George's Medical University, under State quota for SC category and have fair chances to get Aligarh Muslim University under Management quota. However, these are just predictions, cut off changes every year and you will get admission based on this year's cut off only.
