In 2019 round 2 the cut off for CMR Institute of Technology for admission to ISE under general merit was 13311 considering previous year cut off, it is difficult to get seat in this college. There will be a chance of getting seat in CMRIT. If you belongs to any reservation category it would be more helpful to get a better college like RAMAIAH INST . And try for better colleges also . Because you got a better rank .

Hello there, Dayananda sagar College of engineering could be a better option but if you are getting CSE in CMR Institute of Technology then you can go with it. But it all depends on you that what subject you like can you do cse or ece. Placement wise Dayananda sagar College of Engineering is far better than CMR institute of Technology. Since the branch selection is totally upto you as of your interest so I can't suggest you for which branch to go because of course just for the sake of good package you can't study the subjects in which you don't have interest straight for 4 years.

So, comparing these colleges in placement wise:-

The highest package offered by MANIPAL JAIPUR is 40lpa and the average package offered is 6lpa.

Whereas the average package offered by BIT JAIPUR is same as MANIPAL JAIPUR but the highest offered is 32lpa.

Now, talking about CMRIT the highest package offered is 11.76lpa and the average ranges around 3.5-4.5lpa.

It depends on course which you are applying for. Like if you are applying for CSE or IT department your rank should be below 10000. But if you are applying for CE, Agriculture engineering then there is a possibility to get seat in CMRIT.
