Eligibility criteria of Common Entrance Test differ according to course. Generally common entrance test Eligibility criteria is following:
Candidates should have qualified their 10+2 standards from a recognized board.
Candidates should have scored minimum of 50% or as specified by authorities. Reserved category may get benefit in minimum percentage requirement .
Candidates should have studied compulsory subjects as specified by exam authorities.
So, you will be able to appear in common entrance test after passing your improvement exam.

NO, JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is not given to get admissions in BSc Computer Science course. There are basically two types of admission process in BSc Computer Science Course- merit-based admission and entrance based admission . In most colleges, admission in B.Sc Computer Science courses is considered on merit basis. Candidates' performance in previous academic qualifications is analysed to accept admission.

MHT- CET is a common entrance test conducted by government of Maharashtra.
Eligibility candidate have to complete or appear in 12th from science stream
Now let's come to your query science stream have main 4 subjects i.e physics, chemistry,Maths, biology some students drop maths and some students drop biology and some students take all 4 subject. It totally depends on student interest.
So if you have all 4 subject in your study so this time you can select pcb for CET entrance test. But if you have all only 3 subject like PCM so you are not able to select bio and able to give entrance in PCB.

As you are seeking admission in BPT course in Maharashtra so you don't need to appear for MHT CET but you need to appear for NEET UG because admission to BPT course in Maharashtra is only offered on the basis of NEET UG score and counselling is done by State CET cell on the basis of NEET UG score.
Class 12th marks are also not considered for admission but it will only be considered as qualifying examination so you must be having at least 50% aggregate in PCB in 12th and should be pass in English, that's it.
So first of all you will have to appear for NEET UG and qualify it with decent marks and then you will have to register for state counselling of Maharashtra for BPT course on the basis of your NEET UG score of that year then you will be allotted seat as per your preferences and NEET UG score.
