Admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination and gives preference to candidates with a good grounding in Physics, Mathematics, and Basic Electronics.
Diploma in Tool and Die Making: This is also a three-year programme covering the manufacture of tools, moulds, dies, and fixtures. It has the same capacity of 60 students as the previous programme. Admission is designed to prefer candidates scoring well in Mathematics and Physics subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent examination.
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering: This is the latest entrant among the programmes offered by GTTC Koppal. This three-year programme involves a wide range of electrical and electronic systems. This programme also has an approved intake of 60 students.
