Hello candidate. All the above mentioned colleges are better in their own way. But compared to all the colleges, Techno India saltlake is good for CSE/IT. Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) are the branches of Engineering which deals with programming and is completely software side. The college has good infrastructure and facilities. The college provides peaceful and happy environment to study. The faculty here are highly qualified and well experienced. Better go with Techno India saltlake collegw for bright future.
Hello Ankit,
As per your choices the order of preference will be as follows -
1. SRM University (Main Campus - Chennai) - One of the top and old institution in india for engineering courses having various awards and recognitions.
2. Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), Kolkata - NIRF Ranked institute having 'A' grade NAAC accreditation and NBA Accreditation.
3. Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata - 'B+' Grade NAAC Accreditation
4. Bennet University, Greater Noida
All the best !
Hey,
There are no age restrictions for admission in engineering college. You can drop one or two years and no issues are faced after you drop. It basically depends on your academic results and your marks in college results.
Good luck.
Hello Aspirant,
The chances purely depends on the number of seats which remains vacant even after completion of all counselling rounds. The total number of vacant seats varies every year and strictly depends on the number of students who takes admission on the alloted seats. You will get to know to know about the total remaining vacant seats on the official website with further information on spot round.
Hope it helped..
Hi Sagarg, in my opinion, IEM for cse is a better option. Considering all the aspects like faculty, infrastructure, placement, fees and etc I think IEM is a better option for you. I would suggest you to research about both colleges more and then decide which suits you best.
Hope this helps. Regards.
Hello aspirant!
I would not be in favour of you to go for the mop up round at all. Many a times it happens that you loose your original seat and you get nothing from your expectations in the mop up round. It's better to take the college you have gotten already. I hope this information was uselful!
I wish you all the very best!
It has modern classrooms, good labs, and a central library but limited space and several wifi and network issues. Infrastructure is decent but not so good. But they have ac which is good for this summer.
The BBA course takes place in the Ashram Campus of Salt Lake, IEMK. It is the most modernized building among all the buildings of IEM. It has got fully chilled air conditioned classrooms, which is a savior during this hot scorching summers. There is facility of clean washrooms. The water filters have serve both cold and normal temperature water. The building has got 2 working elevators, which is all time used by both students and faculties. The campus has a basket ball court, a game zone and a cafeteria, with friendly staffs.
Infra is good, as the laboratories and classrooms are well equipped with modern technologies and technical instruments. The college is lacking proper sports area and cafeteria, otherwise the infra is good.
