As per your rank in KCET 2019 and considering you belong to 1G category, you cannot get a seat in CSE branch of NMAM Institute of Technology even by the second round. AsAyou will be knowing that Nitte Engineering College Karkala Cut off is the required marks in the qualifying exams to get seat in college.
NMAM Institute of Technology Cut off is decided on the basis of the score obtained in KCET/ COMEDK for UG courses and PGCET for PG Courses.
NMAMIT is known for its enginnering courses particularly Computer Science and Mechanical engineering so the cut off for these courses remain high compared to other.
Factors affecting the Cutoffs:
- Number of students appearing for the qualifying exam
- Difficulty of the qualifying exam
- Number of seats in college
You will definitely get Civil, biotechnology in the first round.

Hey Sidhant! According to NMAM Institute of Technology eligibility criteria for B. E. courses a Applicants must be minimum 17 years as on December 31 of the admission year. Students who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination with not less than 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics and optional subjects such as Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer/ Electronics and English as a compulsory language from a recognized board are eligible to apply for admission into B. E. course.

If you belong to categories like category-1 and SC or ST, you have a chance to get mechanical engineering in NMAMIT. NMAMIT is considered as one of the top Institute in Karnataka with good placement records and a beautiful campus. The official cut-off has not been released by the college for this year yet but we can easily predict the approximate cut-off rank that could be this year based on previous years' cut-off trends.
With your rank of 12470, it is almost not possible to get admission in NMAM because if you see the 2018 KCET cut-off for this college for EC branch then it was-
I would suggest you ti find other colleges that might give you admission with this rank, I'm sure there are decent colleges.

Previous year the cutoff rank for ECE in NMAM Institute Of Technology for GMR category was 10917 which is less than the rank that you have secured. Even this year it is expected to be the same. Hello, rishab. You won't get a cse seat in any of these colleges as the cutoffs close under 6000 comedk rank. But if you reconsider your streams, then you can get these colleges. All the best!

College Infrastructure
The campus of NMAMIT college has a great infrastructure .There are separate blocks for the 1st , 2nd ,3rd and 4th year students , The departments have there own dedicated floor , the college provides the greenery in the campus by having trees and park .

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure at NMAM Institute of Tecnology is well-developed and student-friendly. The campus is spacious and green offering a peaceful environment for learning. Classroom are modern well-ventilated, and equipped with projectors and smart boards to aids effective teaching.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is quite good ! The library is well and fully equipped and has quite a lot of books in there and wifi is pretty strong in library but outside it's not that good..classrooms don't have wifi and by next year The buildings and infrastructure will be even more eye catching
