Eligibility:

• For B.Tech Programs: Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

• A minimum aggregate score, as specified by the institute or regulatory bodies, is required for eligibility.

Selection Process:

• Admission to B.Tech programs is based on merit, considering the candidate's performance in the relevant entrance examinations and their academic record.

Application Process

1. Entrance Examination:

   • Candidates must appear for the relevant entrance examination accepted by SIET (e.g., UPCET for B.Tech programs).

2. Application Form:

   • Eligible candidates can fill out the application form after the announcement of entrance exam results. The application form is available on the official website or can be obtained from the admissions office.

3. Document Submission:

   • Candidates must submit the following documents along with the application form:

     • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates

     • Entrance exam score card

     • Character certificate

     • Transfer certificate

     • Migration certificate (if applicable)

     • Category certificate (if applicable)

     • Recent passport-size photographs

4. Application Fee:

   • Candidates may need to pay an application fee. The fee amount and payment method will be specified in the application instructions.

5. Merit List:

   • Based on the entrance exam scores and other criteria, SIET will prepare a merit list of eligible candidates.

6. Counseling and Seat Allotment:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling, where they can select their preferred branch based on their rank and seat availability.

7. Fee Payment:

   • After seat allotment, candidates must pay the required fees within the specified timeframe to confirm their admission.

8. Document Verification:

• B.Tech Programs: SIET offers the following five B.Tech programs:

  2. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

  3. B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  4. B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

  5. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering
