The M.Tech. programmes are designed to impart students with the latest aspects of technology through introductory and advanced level courses, followed by the research within their field of specialization.

Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the B.E./ B.Tech. /M.Sc. or equivalent with 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10- point scale from any recognized Institute.

1. GATE through CCMT
2. Non-GATE through written test
