Jadavpur University is the best state government university in the west bengal. It's infrastructure is very nice. Jadavpur university has all the modern facilities and features. Wifi speed is pretty good. Libraries are maintained in a good condition.

I had completed my B.Sc in Geological and Earth Science/Geosciences in the year 2020. The experience of doing my bachelor's at this university is very good. The professors and teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Jadavpur University's placement is very good. Almost 80 percent students got a placement at my time in 2020, while some choose for higher studies. Average placement salary offered is around Rs 8 lakhs per annum.

It is one of the most reputed institute in West Bengal. The hostel does not has CCTV installed. So you are free to do anything. A lot of ragging was there before but because of the the recent accident related to the suicide of swapnadip Roy, the climate is better now with no ragging.

The teaching faculty is okay but the have a big attitude as they think they are teaching in one of the best institute in India but the truth is different as because of this thing, the situation is getting worse. The college is getting unpopular.

There's no doubt in placements as the college makes us job ready. Big companies come to our college to recruite just by listening the name of the college as it is very reputed. The companies offer internships from third year onwards.

The course cost me around 40 thousand rupees per annum which is quite good as compared to the college attributes. I love the college very much.

They have various sports option and each sport has been allocated a ground, the selection is also very fair. They have extra curricular activities like clubs and many more.

The university is best and all faculty members are also the best,the classroom are well conditioned. It's very good, though I never opted for hostel but some of my friends are very happy. The washrooms are very dirty and the canteen are unhygienic.

The teacher student ratio is thirty five: four hundred. The professors are highly qualified but the teaching method is not so good. They don't focus on practical at all. There are very less candidate who miss college , otherwise attendance is mandatory.

Jadavpur University offers one of the best placement in West Bengal. And ever for lower branches, students of our university manages to secure a good offer. The top recruiting companies are Cognizant,Amazon, etc.

Hostel fee is twenty four hundred per year. Course fees is around twelve thousand per year. Ofcourse study from Jadavpur University is a big privilege.

Campus has a big ground and a lot of sports are played. There's a lot of greenery around the college. It's not easy to get a chance in Jadavpur University because of big competition and is also hard to maintain good grades when you are studying there.

The college infrastructure is excellent, with the entire campus being air-conditioned. There is a vast library housing an extensive collection of books and volumes for students. The canteen provides good food, and the sports facilities, including a stadium, are average.

The teachers are well-versed in the latest industry trends, making students industry-ready for jobs. They are helpful in every regard and can be approached at any time. The course curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the job market. The exams aren't difficult to crack.

Almost every student who applies for placements here gets placed. The companies participating in placements include KPMG, PwC, Godrej, and Wipro. The average salaries offered fall within the range of 4-6 LPA. There are also summer internships available for students in their final semesters.

Great in terms of infrastructure. The campus is pretty big. There are well-equipped labs and libraries as well. A lot of green spaces and auditoriums are also there. Boarding facilities are also available.

One of the best universities when it comes to academics. Great faculties in all domains. It is also great for research and post-doctorate students. Each department is equipped with a departmental library apart from the central library.

Great placements for students belonging to the engineering domain. A lot of good companies hire with great packages. Summer placement opportunities are also available. A lot of tech events are also conducted.

The fee is minimal with the annual fee being less than a thousand rupees. It is a government university so a lot of scholarship schemes are also available for the students. Boarding is also very cheap.

Amazing campus life. A lot of sports events are conducted every year. the university hosts a lot of fests as well. A lot of clubs and societies are also there. Overall, the campus life is very enjoyable.

I had a really nice experience.

The university campus is pretty big. Both the central and the departmental libraries are well stocked. A lot of auditoriums are available inside the campus for various conferences, events and such matters.

The university has excellent faculty in all domains. With a very well-curated syllabus, the university excels when it comes to academics. It is also a great choice for people interested in research. Apart from that, it has well-stocked libraries.

The placement scenario is pretty good for people belonging to the engineering domain with a lot of Fortune 500 companies hiring every year. For students from other domains apart from engineering, it is not that promising.

Though the university is state funded and bosts aheritage of 100 years the infrastructure is not upto the mark. But all the essential equipments and facilities are available. Wifi is available 24/7 in both campus and hostel. The living space is satisfactory clean and the foods in all the canteens are completely hygenic.

I am current studying BE in chemical Engg. Chem. Engg dept of jadavpur university is the oldest in India. It has a great reputation all over the country and quality of teaching is a reflection of its heritage. All the professors are highly qualified and supportive . The curriculum is updated to the industry demand and there is also option to take honours advanced subjects for students who are interested in research. The overall curriculum makes a student completely ready for job.

The highest package offered in 2023 was INR 85 LPA bagged by a student in Comouter Science while the average package varies depending on the course. FOR Chemical Engg it was 8.5 LPA.Tge college has been supportive throughout the placement process with its student friendly placement cell.

The course cost only 12000 Rs for 4 years. ROI is the biggest plus point Jadavpur has compared to its peer. Students are able to complete their course without shedding a hefty money and get all the facilities a premium college in india has to offer.

Campus life is the best fearure in Jadavpur University.The best feature is the diverse disciplines that are taught in a single space which ensures a overall growth.The worst feature is the frequent political rallies and agendas that sometimes hampers the environment .students can engage in various interfldisciplinary clubs ,festivals ,seminars and workshops in the campus.All the stakeholders like students, support staff and teachers are friendly.The campus is extremely safe for everyone.

Best infrastructure according to me, the college literally have everything. High tech labs , excellent working programs, labs have wifi in it. Everything is well maintained as well as regularly cleaned. The food is very hygienic. Everything really is well maintained, it is the perfect atmosphere for a fresher.

I am studying B.tech in CSE. I love computers since i was a child. For that reason i chose cse. Well the faculties are beyond my expectations. They are so friendly even having such high degrees. And they make us well prepared for the kobs. Our curriculum is well updated. I recommend this to everyone.

The placement record is absolutely huge in our college. I think the best after IITS and NITS. The best placement for me. The average salary is we do our study properly, is around 8-9 LPA. Our college is very supportive for our placements and serious too.

It is the best value for money College. We most likely need 30-40 k for our degreee. And almost we get 8-9 LPA after our degree. So it is the best.

The best campus i have ever seen. I have no bad experience in our campus. Seniors are friendly and supportive. The campus is very safe. We have all the emergency supports if anyone need that.
