Hi Mridul,
Hope you are doing well. It depends on your interest whether you are interested in either Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. But let me inform you that both NIT Kurukshetra and NIT Jaipur have equal importance. Both of them are equally popular throughout India. Compared to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering has slightly more scope. Even Chemical Engineering has also good scope and can fetch a decent job for you. And as for the fact that you are persuing these courses from NIT, which is highly reputed institute in India, if will easy for you to get a job. But at the end, it depends whether in what course or NIT you are interested in. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

All the best.

Hii,IIIT Gwalior ? You mean ABVIIITM, Gwalior ? If yes, then read on.

CSE and mechanical engineering are widely different. Better depend more on your gut feeling. Listen to your heart. If you know students from both disciplines, consult them. Weigh the pros and cons.

In ABVIIITM, CSE degree till a few days ago had a two pronged approach. After the first few semesters, depending on your CGPA, you will be diverted to MTech or MBA. It's a dual degree in ABVIIITM, I hope you know. And higher CGPA-wala students get into MTech, lower ranked people go into MBA. So you should be careful about maintaining your CGPA all along. And remember ABVIIITM in G is one of the best for CSE.

MNIT Jaipur offers the most no. of branches among all the NITs (most probably the same is true about the IIT in Bhubaneswar also. Interesting similarity!!). And as a college, it's not that much far behind as some people may think it to be. Mechanical as a branch is also not bad. If you consider placements, in a large no. of cases, CSE gives you money a little bit quickly, that's why there's so much hype around CSE. Mechanical, electrical or civil as carreer options give you the same, but a little bit slowly. But these are evergreen branches. If you are steady and if you learn your subject well, any one of these subjects can give you as much mone

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-

Likewise choose where you wish to take admission. Hope this helps.

Hello Aspirant
Yes your rank is pretty good . You can get nit Jaipur for ece branch surely as per previous year cut off . But for cse it is quite difficult . You may get CSE also in special round .
Thanks

Hi,

It depends upon no. of factors such as faculty, placements, diversity, research opportunities etc.

Moreover every college has some sort of speciality for a particular branch.

e.g. Nit kurukshetra is well known for CS IT & Mechanical.

Please do not go behind higher cut off of nit Jaipur as it is always on higher side due to large no. of students studying in kota which raises their home state cut off eventually raising overall cut off.

Rest depends upon you and your branch.

Good luck.

It have well equipped labs and various research facilities. Various sports tournament and cultural programs are organized to enhance the capability of students.

Full of twists and turns

College Infrastructure

The college itself is not that old compared to other government colleges and the infra is alright but there is no architectural beauty in the buildings they are just bland. Although everything is well maintained, it does not have anything special about it
