The GATE cutoff marks for 2019 is not declared yet by MNIT Jaipur.  The cutoffs will be announced through CCMT. Admissions into NITs is done through Centralized Counseling for M.Tech (CCMT). After applying through CCMT on the basis of their GATE scores, the candidates will be allotted according to their merit, preference, and availability of seat.

The following criteria’s are concerned for admissions in MNIT Jaipur.

·         Difficulty level of GATE 2019 exam

·         Seats available for the particular course in the institutes

·         Total number of applicants for the course in MNIT Jaipur.

·         Previous years’ cutoff trends

You might get newer IITs but not the core branch rather you may have to choose interdisciplinary branches.

Most probably you can easily get top NITs like MNIT ,NIT tirruchirapalli,NIT Raipur, NIT delhi etc.

With 96.20 percentile, your category rank shall be around 10,000-12,000. However, the cut off for OBC in Mechanical doesn't really go beyond 5,000-6,000. 

You should try harder in the April attempt. For now, your chances are less.

Your category rank may be around 18k which is not sufficient for MNIT JAIPUR you should give April month exam April month and perform better and get your dream college.
