It would be difficult to provide you the information about the cutoff as it varies every year.  So the minimum cutoff marks for any branch is 120+. The competition is quite high and thus the level of marks are too . Even if you get 120 there might be chances that you might not get the desired branchs.Based on your rank in jee main there are very slim chances for you to get any branch in mbm , you might get some mediocre branch if you has some sc/st quota

MBM Jodhpur shouldn't be a tough call with those marks if you are not particularly looking for a specific branch.

There is no chance of you getting admissioned into mbm jodhpur however you can wait for the counselling proceedings as the last year's cutoff was around 140 marks in the mains just for the purpose of getting asmission and if you wish to have branch of your choice too which is really obvious its hard to get there.

To Get admission in in MBM... candidate have to score more than 140 in jee main ... different branches have different cut off if candidates get 140..they may get civil engineering ...but for the core  branch candidates have to score more than 140 ......

Here as you mention your percentile as 95.38 you may easily get mbm ....
