i have got 124 score in jee main 2017 and my rank is 44215. will I get admission in nit durgapur in branches like civil , IT, chem engg ?

According to the last year cutoffs, the only branch fitting your rank and category is biotechnology. Other branches have a lower cutoff than your rank until the 6th round of seat allocation. So I guess you get the idea. In case you have any doubts, do ask.

how many marks in JEE MAINS 2017 would be enough to get ECE in nit Durgapur, home state quota for general candidate?

To get admission in ECE branch under General category and home state quota, you marks should be 170 or more in JEE Main.

You need to score more than 130 marks in your exam to get a seat in NIT Durgapur.

College Infrastructure

College Infrastructure

NIT Durgapur has some very old buildings, but the newly formed Academic block, utkarsh bhawan is very good infrastructures. Library also good. Senior hostels are little bit less maintained, but hostels for 1st year and 2nd years are good.

College Infrastructure

Not par with the NIT standard. Sports could be better, lots of unutilized area in campus. Academics is good, most professors are interactive. Good club culture, allows student to learn outside of academics.
