EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam and previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NITs,you seems to have less chance of getting NITs with other state quota.If you comes under home state quota of either HAMIRPUR or RAIPUR then you have chance of getting these two NITs.Otherwise you have less chance.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER2

Since it was established only7 years ago , so According to that placements are reasonably good.

For CSE department companies like Great west, tresvesta, intellect, Mphasis, Instech etc visit. Minimum package goes around 3.75 lacs.

For ECE as well, placement records have improved from last year. Faculty is quite supportive and helps children for placements and in academics as well. Companies like Mu sigma, reliance , Infosys visit for placement.

You must be confident, knowledgeable and have required skills related to your field.

As your score in Jee mains examination is 72 percentile , and cutoff is 74 Percentile(As you have mentioned) , you are not eligible to write jee advanced examination. As you are not qualified Jee mains,it is not possible to get seat in any NIT.
