As per your percentile and previous year cutoff your predicted All India rank would be approx 260000- 272000. Also, it is not possible to predict category rank, becausee it changes every year. For NIT manipur, your rank should be less than 40k. As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

It is suggested you go through the list of colleges you want to apply in and make your own preference list. for example It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/OBC category is lower than the general category CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced. Yes you will get good NIT for B Arch.you scored well in your 12th exams, but based on your JEE mains score, the score of 12th is not enough for getting rank below 3000, where you will be placed in topmost NITs like SPA Delhi. You should secure minimum 200 marks to get rank below 3000.According to your score you may get good NIT but not the top listed one.

Your profile suggest that your home state is Rajasthan. I am assuming you from general category. Guessing that your asking for cut off rank

This is a bit difficult to predict the rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then ,

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , 28003 rank was the closing rank for gender neutral for general category for other state in nit Manipur for cs i. e computer science

So, you need at least around 28k rank for computer science in NIT Manipur

If you have to decide among NIT manipur and IIIT, kota for computer science engineering then please keep the following information in mind while choosing:

Cut off- B.Tech Computer Science Engineering in Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kota has higher cutoff through JEE Main. Cut off for NIT manipur is 28003 whereas it is 22320 for IIIT Kota.

Fees structure- B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in National Institute of Technology Manipur has lower fees. Fees in IIIT is around 8lakh where as in NIT it is around 5.5 lakhs.

Hostels and campus- the hostel and campus of IIIT kota is huge. They have Well developed infrastructure and all up to facilities.

And there is no hostel facility in nit manipur.

Placement and packages of iiit kota are slightly better than the nit as per students reviews. Students at IIIT are placed at higher packages.
