UTU Dehradun Facilities

Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun has several infrastructural facilities for the students and staff members. UTU Dehradun's facilities and infrastructure include separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. The hostels at UTU Dehradun have all the necessary facilities for the students like well-furnished rooms with beds, mattresses, study tables, chairs, cupboards, curtains, and mirrors.

UTU Dehradun facilities include a well-equipped library with a large collection of books, references, periodicals, dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. Sports equipment, cafeteria, auditorium, medical facility, IT infrastructure, classrooms, transportation facility, laboratories, bank and ATM facilities are some other Uttarakhand Technical University facilities.

Library
Uttarakhand Technical University facilities and infrastructure include a library in the university. In the library, the issuing of books and materials as well as returning of books & materials were managed systematically. In the reference section of the library dictionaries, encyclopedias, projects, reports, syllabus, research/conference papers are easily available to the students. Girls Hostel
There is a girls hostel with an institutional affiliation to Uttarakhand Technical University that is just for female students. In the hostel, fresh filtered water is available 24x7. The maintenance staff is in charge of keeping the rooms clean and repairing any problems with the sanitary and electrical systems.
Cafeteria
Uttarakhand Technical University facilities and infrastructure includes a well-equipped and hygienic canteen where students get fresh and nutritious food. A mess is designed to be open, spacious, and structured in order to create a friendly and home-like atmosphere by providing nutritious healthy cooking in a most hygienic manner. Students' schedules are planned weekly based on vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.
Transport Facility
The university provides a bus service to drop and pick students. The spacious bus can carry up to 50 students at a time and travels from hostel to university. This helps students to inculcate punctuality.
Medical/Hospital
Students are also provided with medical assistance. In the case of an emergency, the ambulance service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For major treatments of its ailing students, the university has tied up with leading hospitals.
Banks/ATMs
The university has a mobile ATM and bank on the campus. The Bank of Baroda and ATM make it simple for students to withdraw and deposit money.
Boys Hostel
Uttarakhand Technical University facilities and infrastructure include a boys hostel on the campus premises. Each room in the boys’ hostel is equipped with beds, mattresses, study tables, chairs, cabinets, and curtain and a mirror. Within the hostel campus, there is a large lawn where students can perform various sports. Fresh filtered water is available in the hostel. The maintenance crew is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms as well as rectifying any sanitary and electrical system malfunctions.

College Infrastructure

The campus of Birla institute of applied science bhimtal is serene pollution free and green providing an environment friendly atmosphere for learning. The infrastructure at BIAS bhimtal include various sports ground and advanced skills.

College Infrastructure

Yes, the college has all the necessary things required for a good study n learning environment. Wifi, smart boards, and surveillance cameras are installed wherever needed. Canteen food is hygienic and tasty.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good equipped with spacious classrooms, Wifi(which never worked), Smart boards(used once or twice in a year). So everything we used is well-maintained as already mentioned their usage above. There is a facility of a furnished canteen as well for students.

With an All India Rank (AIR) of 145214 and OBC-NCL rank of 48284 with Uttarakhand domicile you have chances of getting admission in College of Technology Pantnagar (COT Pantnagar) through UTU counselling. However this will depend on cut-off trends, seat availability and your branch of choice.

Note that COT Pantnagar fills B.Tech seats through UKSEE/UTU counselling and based on JEE Main scores. Being a Uttarakhand domicile and OBC-NCL category should help you with state quota reservations. If you wish to improve your chances:

Apply through UTU counselling.
Look for branches that have relatively low cut-offs.
