Hello dear ,

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT, IIIT and GFTI in josaa counselling as your rank is very high.

Hi Kiran,

I don't think it will be possible for you to get NIT Surathkal by JoSSA counseling because you need to secure a rank below 10000 to stand a chance in any branch.

Competition is such that even after the 7th round of JoSSA, it will not be possible for you because the cutoff does not go above 15000.

All the best!!!

Hello,

The upboard Top Percentile 2019 will be started during Counselling. For general Category the previous year cutoff was around 300. If the toughness of the exam paper is same as the previous year then the current year cutoff Won't vary much this year.

For more details go through the official site of your examination board.

Hope it helps!

Hello Varun,

JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance & JOSSA counselling. You can also use JEE Main College Predictor tool given below.

Good Luck!

Hello,
Since, your jee mains percentile score is below the cutoff of OBC NCL list, so you are not eligible for applying in JOSAA counselling. But you do have chances of getting admission in private colleges through state counselling like GIET,NIST,etc.
Good luck.

Dear kamala,

JoSSA elgibility criteria requires

~ 75% aggregate marks in inter Or +2

~ need to qualify Jee mains/advanced

And the cutoffs are:

General -- 78.1

OBC -- 74.3

SC -- 54.0

ST -- 44.3

PWD -- 0.11

Check according to your category.

All the best

Hello Gunasekaran. Despite that you are eligible for JEE Advance Exam or not , you can apply for kosam counselling and you can fill only the NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's in the choice filling process. If you had been eligible for JEE Advance then you can also apply for the seats in IIT Institutes.
All the best for the Josaa counselling.

sorry to say priyansi but with this rank and score you cannot get any nit college in india and so filling josaa councelling is just a waste of time and money but it rank their is a chance you can get government college but you cannot get into any good nit
