hello darshan. assuming that you are from 1a category, you will get chemical and telecommunication engineering in MS Ramaiah institute of technology in the first round of kcet 2019 counselling. all the other streams in MSRIT have a cutoff less than 4000th kcet rank according to the last year kcet cutoffs for B.Tech. all the best.
