Considering your score and past year statistics, you can't get electronics and communication engineering in  M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology  Bangalore.M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology  Bangalore, is a really good college and it requires high rank. However keep searching for alternatives.

MSRIT and RVCE are top colleges under COMEDK and hence also have a very high cutoff. The cutoff last year at RVCE is around 370 and at MSRIT around 1,150 for CSE. You do not have any chance of admission in RVCE for CSE but you may get into MSRIT, if the cut-off falls down a little. To know anything for sure, we have to wait till the results.

Hey Kiran,MS RAMAIAH last year cutoff for SC category was closed on 19500 for BE CE and 7170 for CSE.So as per your rank it seems a bit difficult but definitely you can wait till the final merit lists,the scenario may change.So all the very best! I hope you get your dream college.!

Huge congratulations on that rank! The cutoffs of COMEDK 2018 in MSRIT was:

CSE 450

ISE 800

In BMS cutoffs were: CSE 971 ISE 1696

Since Your  rank is very Good to get into top engineering colleges through comedk 

but still if you demand only of CSE it will  be very  difficult as to make up in to top three colleges with CSE require rank below 400 

Last year cut off for CSE branch are:

BMS 373

MS RAMIAH 451

RV 180

BIT( Bangalore institute of technology) 1484

P E S institute of technology 1063

And PESIT but now it's a university so no seat through comedk

Also i would suggest you try out other colleges bcoz CSE in above mentioned rank is very rare .

There is a very less chance to got Computer science in the colleges like PES, BMS ans MSRIT. As the cutoffs for these colleges are very high, there are very less chance for the students with the rank near 10,000 to get admission there in Computer science.

There is a chance to get Computer science in dayananda and UVCE colleges as there cutoffs are slightly less than other colleges defined above. But you should try it by attending the counseling of comedk, as anything can happen on the day of counseling.
