As you have scored 9800+ rank in AP EAMCET and want to do Bachelor of Pharmacy from Andhra University.

So, looking at the cut-off trend, for OC cut off for boys are closed at 10689 rank and you are under that so you have a fair chance to get a seat.
But one more thing, which you have to keep in mind is that only 40 seats are available for this course in the University.

So, It's tough to get a seat easily in this preferred stream because many students have appeared in the exam and if they showed their interest in this college with good rankings, then it might be tough.

But don't be sad, Be positive and register yourself for the Counselling process and try to get a seat.

Andhra university is excellent college for placement and provides assistance and great mentorship to students every year.

Students are trained in technical and soft skills according to their branch companies like Larson , Mahindra etc come for placement and internships.

Sri Venkateshwara offers various courses from diploma and research.

Btech fees is around 1.25 lakh per year.

It's a student Centric , research focused university.

It offer full time and distance learning too .

Top companies like Infosys and Tata come for  job opportunities.

At this rank it is difficult to AU in  agriculture BSC colleges. To get seat in government colleges your rank is around 1400 - 1500. At this rank, you have less chances to get a government seat. But you may try.  Or You may go for good private colleges.

Being a BC-B candidate and securing with a rank of 23000, the prospects of getting a seat in B.SC Agriculture seem to be very less, or to be very precise, you won't be eligible to get a seat in Andhra University. According to your secured rank and from the previous year AP EAMCET cutoff, you have not even managed to secure the cutoff rank range. So next time, prepare well accordingly, give mock tests and give the exam. Meanwhile, you can try your luck in the private colleges offering agricultural programs. I wouldn't be able to suggest you with which branch you should go for.As,this is a really important decision amongst the students.You should only go with that branch in which you feel you are more comfortable and interested.It's but obvious that you wouldn't want to waste your 4 years of life in studying something in which you are not at all interested.

Now, coming time placement statistics of both the colleges i.e, Andhra university and GVP. So, seeing previous year Placement records of ANDHRA UNIVERSITY the highest package offered till date is 7lpa and the average ranges around 2.5-3.5lpa whereas in GVP the highest package offered till date is 14lpa and the average ranges around 3-5lpa.

So, on the basis of the placement records I would suggest you to go for GVP.

Hi, I can definately understand the confusion state in choosing between these two college as both the institutions are top rankers institutes and have a special reputation in the country and if I say in between these two you should go for NIT Nagalad rather than Andhra Pradesh .Ofcourse why not afterall it is NIT it's nearly all criteria shold be better in all aspects than Andhra Pradesh.
