It is difficult to predict the college. AU does not accept TS EAMCET score.  If you got 18000 rank in AP EAMCET 2021. And also you are belonging to BC A category. There is chance to get admission in AU.

I think you need to score better for this. Your rank must be below 2000 to get computer science engineering in Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam and JNTU. Not computer science, but you can get seat in other branches of these colleges.

You can take admission in these colleges depending on your rank.

It is very difficult to predict the exact cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates. Based on previous few years cutoff your chances of getting CSE in Andra university and JNTUCEK is a little difficult

Cse cutoff of AU is 6490 so you have slim chance and of JNTUCEK is 1061. But colleges where you may get CSE are:
