NIT Calicut college was established 1961. Its very reputable college. And ofcourse it's a national institute of technology. For civil engineering course highest package is 15lpa and average package is 5lpa. Infrastructure is good and facilities are highly qualified.

Now Andra University of visakhapatnam was established 1926. Its also a good engineering college. Highest package of CSE course 16lpa and average package is 4lpa. Infrastructure is good and faculties are highly qualified but due to research they are not completed the syllabus.

According to all of these both are good college. Subject wise i think CSE is better now days than civil engineering. So choice is totally yours.

As of now its tough to say where you can fetch a seat because the cutoff changes every year with college.but based on previous year analysis,your rank and category we can find you possibilities into colleges.now as you didnot mention which branch you are willing tojoin,you have good chnaces to fetch seat in andhra university for many branhes the cutoffs of last year were:

BE CIVIL ENGINEERING IN AU:21999

BTECH METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING-46291

It's very quite difficult to predict whether you will get the BDS  in such marks since the cut off for this year has been very high this year you need to get are score of 420-430 then only you have a chance of getting a dental medical college but still you can try in the counseling process or else you can go in another ayush courses.

It's really difficult to exactly predict your chances of admission for bvsc program, however based on previous years cutoff, you need to get 520+ marks to get bvsc in general category all India qouta.

For school category you need to at least get 410+ marks in all India qouta.

For state qouta, with 350 marks and under sc category, you have some chances to get admission, therefore you can expect and try for it.

The cut off in 2019 in second phase was 2599 for BC-D category to get admission in A U College of Engineering, Vishakapatnam in Computer Science Engineering. Considering this you may get seat in this university in second phase counselling.
