Since you have already completed 2 years of BCA from Andhra University, you can transfer your credits to IGNOU through their external credit transfer process. You just need to share your mark sheets, syllabus, and apply online. IGNOU usually accepts up to 50 of your previous credits, so you won’t have to start from zero.
