Following are the details for the fees to be paid for M.tech. in BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus:

Admission Fees: 32300/-

Semester Fees per semester: 1,36,000/-

Summer term: 47,600/-

Hostel fee per semester: 10,500

Hostel fee for Summer term: 5250/-

Mess & Electricity advance

Per Semester: 10,000

Mess & electricity advance for Summer term: 5,000

(Payable at the beginning of each semester/term and adjustable at the end of the same)

The above information is according to BITS website other than this you have to pay 3300/- per month for the mess food and 400/- for electricity (Will be deducted from your advance). With this you need at least 1500/- per month for your personal expenses.

So first semester expenses will be 32300+136000+10500+16500+2000+7500 = 204800; and from next semester you don’t have to pay admission fees but there is hike of 10% in tuition fees every semester.

Fellowship option: Almost all the M.E. students get Teaching assistant ship in Pilani Campus. You can either get the stipend of 12000 per month or relaxation in tuition fees. I have seen student with valid GATE score gets both.

PS: Apply for an education loan if you want to study here other wise its hard to survive.

Admission to BITS Pilani Dubai for MBA is based on TOEFL/IELTS score

Please check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission procedure in BITS Dubai:

The candidates should be B.E, B. Tech or have an equivalent degree from a recognized institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Please also check the following guidelines which you need to follow while submitting the application:

• A 250 - word statement of purpose describing what you propose to achieve by doing this programme and your ultimate goal.
• Two letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes with at least one letter from an academic source. If your background includes work experience, you may include one reference from one who can comment on your experience. (Format available on website - Filled in letters must be sent in sealed envelope from the recommender or sent by email directly by recommender to [email protected]
• If you have given preference to M.E. Software Systems, give the details of the courses / projects done by you in the area of computers and software.

The MBA program at BITS Pilani accepts two exams which are CAT and GMAT. First, you have to apply to their program through their website then you need to appear any one of these exams and once you clear their cutoff you will be called for further rounds which includes GD and PI.
