Hello there,
The National Institutional Ranking Framework is a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions. NIRF ranking system is done on taking ito account different parameters like quality of education, research output, graduation outcome, average packages offered during placements, campus facilities, outreach, inclusivity etc. So sometimes there might be a case when a private college is ranked better than a govt.
Chandigarh University is ranked 77th whereas LPU is ranked 99th. But drawing out a conclusion based on ranking is not advisable.
I suggest you to look after the imporant criteria you are looking for in a college and better go for it.

Hello Aspirant,
Every student in his/her life had this dilemma when selecting subjects. I would recommend you to opt for the subject you are inclined toward and the subject you find more interesting. As you said you have an interest in Biology subject. Then go for Biology, Physics and Chemistry. As you said you are a little weak in Mathematics subject, then better not choose this subject. But if you're opting for Physics, then let me tell you Physics in Class 11th and 12th involves Mathematics as well. So, before opting for Physics go through the syllabus and see the Mathematics involved in the Physics subject. Mainly get a basic idea about the definition, simple formulas of derivation and integration. Basic level knowledge in derivation and integration will be good. It will help you a lot. Chemistry subject only basic Mathematics involved and not advanced level. Since you have an interest in Biology, the chapters in classes 11th and 12th will be interesting to you.
I hope it helps. Thank you.
Dear aspirant,
If i talk about the Engineering stream then BIT meshra has no comparison with LN Mishra because the engineering stream at meshra has much more wider opportunities and strong outreach.
In case of BBA, Bachelor in economics or MBA you can choose for LN mishra as it is known for the commerce background . Graduation is more reliable here than post graduation.

hello aspirant,
PHD is not that tough. If you have a right dedication, motivation and consistency towards it, you can do it undoubtedly. But it can be stressful sometimes. With looming deadlines, large scale projects, and a huge amount of personal investment, a PhD can be extremely stressful . This is compounded by the fact that everything is always riding on you and you alone - making the highs higher and the lows.

Hello,
Coming from science background BA Economics Hons will be comparatively easier for you if you like maths, also if you aim to appear for Indian Economics Service Exam for which you need to further pursue your post-graduation degree in the same field, there are various options in the field of banking/insurance as well for specialist posts coming from economics background,
On the other hand BA Hons is political science is highly suited for UPSC, as there is considerable overlap with gs and optional which also happens in case of economics also but there is no such specific exam designed like IES, however there are other options of research, teaching, and based on the eligibility criteria of graduation you will be eligible for state PSCs, Railways, SSC, CDS, Banking, Insurance etc, with economics hons there is opportunity for specialist posts in banking sector as well, so you have to weigh your inclination, you can do one thing, go through 11th standard books of NCERT that's easily available in web version or app, and read the books of the concerned subject, and see which subject you enjoy the most, anyway if you're appearing for UPSC class 11th and 12th NCERT books are read, so go through it now, and gauge your preference for the same.

Hello,
Both the courses you have mentioned hold much significance in UPSC syllabus that of general studies or optional subject, so it's a question of which subject you find more interesting, and wish to pursue ahead, with economics there is exam held by upsc as well for recruitment of candidate belonging to this domain, so apart from UPSC, there is much scope in india economics exam if in future you do master's degree, and there are opportunities in banking/insurance companies as well more aligned with your academic study, the relevance of political science too have widened more so in recent times, you can work as researcher, faculty, think tank, various organizations etc, so this field too have much prominence, however it depends entirely on your areas of interest, and in case you want to have back up plan with UPSC or not.
