Hello aspirant ,
The main difference between ECE and CSE is that that ECE is all about electronics and how different electrical components work like microprocessor etc and involves less programming and has more physics in it whereas in CSE the electrical components are said to work in a certain and at a certain time by programming it hence it involves much more programming than in ECE and has more logical reasoning and maths in it .
Now coming to the part of choice . I would like to say its completely based on interest. Both are core branches of engineering. If you have a fascination towards programming ,coding and networking you can opt for CSE .
If your a really really hard working student then go for ECE as it deals with core electronics and moreover the syllabus is too vast and goes in deep.
As for the job opportunities as of now CSE has high placements which turns into high salary packages when compared to ECE or any other branch
Hello Mohith. You mentioned you have secured a score of 56 in COMEDK 2021. Based on this score, your rank may lie within the range of 26903 - 28282 (The predicted rank may vary due to COMEDK UGET tie breaker rules for the same score).
Based on this rank, you have low chance to get admission to Computer Science and Engineering stream at BIT, Bangalore. However, it is hard to give an exact prediction as the cutoff varies significantly every year.
If you follow 2017 COMEDK Cutoff Rank list, you will see for admission to Computer Science and Engineering, the Closing All India Rank prescribed was 4086.
If you really secure a rank somewhere around 26903 - 28282 and follow 2017 Cutoff trend then you will have good chance to get admission to the following streams at BIT, Bangalore:

dear candidate, cengage is good but not enough for jee advance i will suggest you to reffer books like :
Practice previous year papers with proper time. Also don't miss to read ncert for inorganic chemistry. Don't panic if you are referring these books for the first time. I'll suggest you to start with RC MUKHERJEE to practice physical chem and improve your problem solving skill. Trust me, I am speaking out of experience I have appeared for JEE ADVANCE previously. All the best for your preparation.
The basic admission criteria at BIT mesra consists of JEE mains score ,hence along with 12th board exam score you will also need a good JEE mains score. It has also been decided that 50% seats will be given to the eligible aspirants who have qualifications from Mesra/ Ranchi .Talking about the cutoff of 2020 there are multiple engineering courses available and hence in the special round 1 the admission started from rank 2980 that is for their computer science engineering course and it ended around rank 48495 for their production engineering.
All The Best!
There are even better colleges. But, if you have decided to take admission in BIT Trichy, i would like to tell you it's a very good college in terms of academics, infrastructure and placements. For cse departments as well as ece departments, lot of students get placed every year with good packages.
93 percentile is the minimum requirement to take admission in BIT Sindhir. If you have scored this much, and have an alternative rank, you will get a seat in this college. I suggest you to use this to know better - https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor

Outstanding college The campus is well-maintained with decent classrooms, a library, sports facilities, and Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are average, but improvements in food and hygiene could enhance the experience.
The infrastructure of the college is very good every faculty member here is very much ready to help us out they have a very friendly nature and easy to access them. Almost everyone here is very crispy the college staff also is very helpful polite good nature
The university offers a friendly environment for study. Classrooms are digitalized. The library has approximately more thank 10,000 books, e-books, and IEEE subscriptions for us which helped me in my research work. The auditorium is highly equipped and I was handed my M.Tech degree there.
