24 MBA students from Chandigarh University have secured placements at the globally renowned MNC Capgemini.
Chandigarh University has good infrastructure overall. However, I don't like the structure of the old buildings because they are so white-colored that they look like hospitals. On the other hand, the new buildings being constructed are very nice and offer many facilities. The main library in South block is beautiful, and the amount of space in the new buildings is amazing. The college provides essential facilities, good co-hostels, and hygienic food.
I am pursuing my MBA from Chandigarh University. The teachers are highly skilled, but they don't have much time to impart knowledge to the students. Basic knowledge is given to students, but some degrees require deeper learning. The teachers work hard and are generally good, although there is a lack of communication between some of them. The curriculum is updated, which is a positive aspect.
The placement team at Chandigarh University takes great care to provide students with internships lasting 10 to 11 months, often with PPO offers. They work very hard to ensure that all students get placed. The placement process is very supportive.
I recommend it to anyone looking for affordable living and a supportive community then Chandigarh University is value for money. When I first thought about living alone at Chandigarh University during my MBA, I realized it would cost too much and be lonelyLiving with others has not only saved me money but also helped me academically.
The campus doesn't have any major issues, though management could improve a bit. The best part is the great labs. Chandigarh University hosts many festivals and activities that help students grow both professionally and personally.
My overall experience as a student at Chandigarh University has been positiv
The Infrastructure of our college was pleasant and had a good environment, It provided good facilities like a large playground, dedicated equipinent in the lab, a library with knowiedgeable books, sports and games, and medical facilities
Teachers in our college were helpful, experienced, supportive, and encouraging students. They cleared the doubts of the students. Teaching quality is very good, Semester exams were not hard but depend on the capability of students. Malpractice was strictly prohibited,
Around 90% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA and the lowest salary package was 10 LPA. The recruiting companies were Amazon, IBM, TCS, Accenture, etc. These companies offered placements and internships to students.
Chandigarh university yes value for money
Campus life Chandigarh university amazing
Good
University has modern and well-maintained facilities, including smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a library. The hostels are comfortable and safe, with good dining options. The campus also offers excellent sports facilities and a green, eco-friendly environment, making it a great place to study and live.
They offers a wide range of courses with an up-to-date curriculum. The faculty is highly qualified and supportive, and there are ample research opportunities. The university emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical applications ensuring a well-rounded education for students.
Placements atUniversity are strong, with a high percentage of students securing jobs . The placement cell is proactive, providing training and connecting students with top companies. The average salary packages are competitive, and many students receive offers from multinational firms.
Chandigarh University provides good value for money. The tuition fees are reasonable, and the quality of education, infrastructure, and placement opportunities justify the costs. The university also offers scholarships and to deserving students, making higher education accessible and affordable
There are many clubs and activities to join, and lots of events throughout the year. The campus is diverse and inclusive, with students from different backgrounds enjoying both academic and social activities.
The infrastructure of thr college is very good. It provide us with a lot of facilities with good conditions unlike other universities. There are proper laboratories which help in proper practical learning of students.
The academics are also pretty good. There are labs and we study about blood, urine and many more analysis. Helps in diagnosis of disease and etc. The curriculum is also well updated and upto the expected standards.
The placement opportunities are also very high and different companies comes and select the deserving candidate for the job. There are no Partialities while choosing. Therefore I would definitely recommend this university to 12th pass out students.
The university is a little to expensive and not all students can afford this. But there are scholarship opportunities for students making the university accessible for every other type of people. And yes it's worth the money.
Campus life is also pretty cool. The university itself has alot of things. It has complexs to eat. And the hotels are also within the college providing safety for students making parents less worried about there child.
The campus life is good. The professors are pretty good at there job. And the understanding level is also very good. Should prefer going to this university.
Chandigarh University has both old and new buildings. One problem is the amount of dust around the campus, which can be a bit annoying. They could use more green spaces to make it more refreshing. The boys' hostels are in one place and well-kept, but the girls' hostels are scattered. The food is good and clean.
Studying MBA at Chandigarh University, I feel the teaching is okay, but it could use more practical experience from the top PhD teachers. The curriculum is updated, which is good I think practicality can be improved a bit more.
At Chandigarh University, internships start from the second semester, and the placement center ensures every student gets opportunities. However, once a student is placed, they can't apply for other placements. If a student declines an offer, they are barred from further placements.
The MBA course fees at Chandigarh University are affordable as compared to other colleges around 15 to 20 lakhs. In contrast chandigarh niversity offers a similar course for only 4.5 lakhs, which is very cheap. The cost at Chandigarh University, I still find it worth the investment
The campus life at Chandigarh University is refreshing, but it could benefit from incorporating more sustainable practices. There are numerous extracurricular activities students can engage in, which keeps the environment lively. The staff is proactive and supportive, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere on campus.
Overall, Chandigarh University is good and I would recommend it to others.
The classrooms and labs are modern and well-equipped.The hostels are comfortable and well-furnished, making feel like a home away from home. The food is good and proper snacks and timetable is being given for that.
I am doing MbA from Chandigarh University. The professors are knowledgeable and supportive and have industry experience. They are approachable and make learning engaging. The curriculum is also updated and they work hard to make us prepare for job.
The fees are reasonable compared to other private universities. The education, facilities, and job placements make it worth the cost. Scholarships are provided to the students and it is a great help for us.
The fees is reasonable compared to other private universities. The education, facilities, and job placements make it worth the cost. Scholarships are available and in return is also worthy enough .it is highly recommended.
There are clubs for music, dance, sports, and technology and the university hosts exciting events and festivals throughout the year.University has a friendly campus environment where students can be engaged.
Overall Chandigarh University provides all the essential facilities to support students in their studies and personal growth.
Yes, my college has all the facilities they have proper buildings different blocks different seminar halls for different block well maintained hostels for boys and girls and the food is totally hygienic. They also have playgrounds and various sports activities to play and have fun.
I am doing my MBA and I find the course very interesting as the quality of education is amazing and teachers makes the course very practical that interest is developed .The curriculum is updated and also they make us prepare for the job .
The placement in the college most of the students got placed and also, offered internship opportunities with PPO to be given to the students the college is very much supportive in terms of placement their main focus is on this only.
The college is totally valuable for the money the amount one pays is affordable and also cheaper and offers various opportunities for students. ITS quality education makes it a worthwhile. I really feel the return i am getting is amazing.
The campus has greenery everywhere which is its best feature and the worst feature is the crowd .The staff is supportive to and can handle situations easily. There are also many fests and events that happens in college.
It IS AN AMAZING COLLEGE AND ONE SHOULD GO FOR THIS .
The facilities of the course or the department is same as that of the other colleges. But the hostel's condition is poor here. The food quality you get is tasteless, the food is very bad. The hostel rooms are good. The main problem you will face here is the hostel's food.
I think the teachers at CU are those who have recently completed their studies and got a teaching job. It is like you will see a new teacher every day for the subjects and the one who was teaching prior, will leave CU and then you and your classmátes will be "lavaris", means there will be substitutes who will come for their attendance only, they do not care hout your studies. They will come and tell you to do whatever you want to just keeping quiet and to not use mobiles post which they will leave the class. You will have to learn everything on your own.
Chandigarh So as of now, in last semester of my 3rd year, hardly 15 students got placements. The placements are have not met my expectations. I thought that in the last sem, when companies arrive here, they share a form and the college shares that form a with us, but the shortlisting to sit in the placements is done by college itself. I don't know why they do not allow people to sit in the drive whose criteria is matching to the companies requirements. They basically share the list randomly.
Yes value for money
Chandigarh university campus life is good Students make friends and have memorable learning experiences, making CU wonderful place to study and live.
I really wanted to come to CU because what I have seen in the videos and images is a campus very beautiful which I totally loved. According to the other things that I have shared about this college. I believe that every private college is the same, the only thing is that we should know the institute we select.
Infrastructure of the college and the hostel are both good but not excellent. The hostels are very good an terms of spending your 4 years of ife here but you will be depressed in these four upcoming years. The hostel food is not good to eat on a daily because they keep repeating the food items
The faculty members are not good enough to teach because they do not have any in-depth knowledge of their respective subjects as they used to teach us many subjects. Most faculty members are supportive in terms of clearing doubts of the students. Many teachers look frustrated and they are always angry on the students.
Chandigarh University, the percentage of students who get placed is not disclosed properly, but as far as seen, not many students get placed. Many students are tensed because of not getting placed in any company. I do not think every or even a few students get opportunities from the college to get internships
Affordable fess this institute yes value for money

I chose this course because of not getting sufficient grade to get a government college . etc. In this college events take place frequently and fest is very good here
Chandigarh University has good infrastructure with proper labs and a new library built in the South Block area which is impressive. The library has all the latest features and will soon have even more advanced ones. Overall the university's infrastructure is very good and keeps improving.

Hello Aspirant,
If you do not have at least 75% in your Class 12th board exams from an approved board (or if you are not in the top 20 percentile of your board), then you cannot get admission to Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) or any other NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs, through the CSAB process -- unless you belong to the SC/ST category.
There is a percentage of 65% in case of SC/ST candidates. CSAB will ensure this eligibility criterion is followed strictly even for CSAB rounds - including special rounds.
Chandigarh University (CU) offers a comprehensive admission process for its undergraduate and postgraduate programs through the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET).
CUCET is a mandatory national-level entrance exam for various programs, including Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Integrated Law programs (e.g., B.A. + LL.B., B.B.A. + LL.B.), Pharm.D., and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
The exam assesses candidates' eligibility and provides an opportunity to earn scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% of the tuition fee, based on performance. For certain programs, such as B.E., candidates with over 90% marks in the qualifying examination or a JEE Main rank up to 50,000 may be exempted from CUCET.
The CUCET exam is conducted online and comprises 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 120 minutes, with no negative marking. The application process involves online registration, selection of an exam date, and payment of a 1,000 registration fee
Hii,
In certain cases, Chandigarh University admits B.Tech students directly without requiring an entrance exam. Your grades in the 12th grade, particularly in math, physics, and chemistry, as well as other factors like your JEE score or management quota, will determine this.
However, since admissions policies can change annually, it is best to check their official website or get in touch with the university to find out the precise requirements for the year you wish to enroll.
