Chandigarh University is well-renowned University by now in comparison to Chitkara University and talking in terms of curriculum and placements ahead in your course duration, Chandigarh University will prove to be a better option than Chitkara University.

Chandigarh University has been overall ranked16 among top Architecture Institutions in the country with the score of 54.41 by the NIRF.
And Chitkara University has been ranked in between 151-200 by the NIRF 2020.

SSN College Of Engineering:-

Placements: SSN College of Engineering is a top tier college in Tamil Nadu. Placements are quite good. In the previous year, a CSE student bagged an excellent salary package of 15 LPA. IT students get an average salary package ranging from 9 LPA-10 LPA. Other branches students also get good salary packages. Data scientist, competitive programmer and software developer are the top roles offered in IT course.

Infrastructure: One of the best things about SSN is its infrastructure. Students who score more than 195 marks can easily get admission in AU, MIT and PSG. But students prefer SSN due to its infrastructure. There is a huge library with a Wi-Fi facility, and the library is a good place to gain adequate knowledge. But most of  hostelers says that the food served in the hostel is above average. However, the hostel rooms and bathrooms are very good.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very knowledgeable. Most of them are doing research in their respective fields. Students gain a lot of knowledge from them, and most of them hold a PhD degree. They teach more life skills, and they help us a lot in research and internal funding projects.

Chitkara University:-

Placements: The placement record is really amazing here. A maximum of around 90%-95% of the students get placements. The highest salary package offered in our college is 32 LPA, and the average salary package offered is up to 5 LPA-6 LPA. Many companies regularly visit our campus for placements. The college tries its level best to provide placements.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for every course/department are really amazing. Wi-Fi facility is provided on the entire campus with a good speed. Labs are well equipped with facilities and devices. Everything is really very good as per the fee structure.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable here. They try their level best to make students understand the concept as well as make them aware of the basics and also high concepts. They make students industry-ready. Exams are really very up to the mark as they help students to score well in exams and be ready for placements and interviews.

In the Punjab region, it is an ideal location for pursuing a BBA with good industrial experience. Placements: In comparison to other courses, BBA course has good placements. The majority of students who choose placements were placed. BBA had the highest compensation package of 3.5 LPA, while the average salary package was 2.7 LPA. There is also an option as first enroll in a B.B.A. degree at Chitkara University, with the opportunity to transfer to Trent University in Canada after two years of study in India, and graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with your selected specialization from TrentU after four years (2+2).

Both the colleges are more or less the same when it comes to education facilities, labs, etc. However if we compare based on their placement records (for CSE), Nims takes the lead.

Median salary for Nims is around 4 lpa while that of Chitkara University is 3 lpa.

1) Chitkara University Chandigarh provides BE degree in Computer Science. It also offers other BE & B.Tech degrees in different subjects. It is one of the top colleges in Punjab

Fees - Around INR 80,000 per semester

Pros : i) The placement opportunities are great. Almost 80% of the students get placed in companies like Amazon, TCS, Adobe, HCL, etc.

ii) The average salary is around INR 6 LPA & the highest salary can be up to INR 30 LPA depending on the recruiting company.

iii) Lots of Internship opportunities are provided to students for gaining a rich experience & proper exposure.

iv) Great infrastructure with spacious library, well-equipped labs, laundry facility, medical facility, decent food.

Cons : i) The faculty members are apparently not that experienced & all are not very approachable.

ii) The training given for placement interviews is not  up to the mark.

2) Shiv Nadar University provides B.tech degree in CSE  & also in other streams.

Fees - INR 11 Lakhs total for the entire course

Pros : 1) Average salary offered during placements is around INR 6-7 LPA.

2) Top recruiters like Goldman Sachs, Adobe, American Express, Futures First, IBM,  ZS Associates, etc., visit the campus for placements.

3)  The administration is very helpful & responsive.

4) Each student is provided with 2GB data / day, which does not include data spent on educational websites.

5) The infrastructure is also great with all kinds of facilities like dispensary, library, sports ground, canteen, etc.

Cons : i) The educators in CSE department are apparently not at all cooperative or open to new ideas.

ii) Reviews by past students states that they are not allowed to use the research labs & are not provided any kind of assistance in that matter.

3) UPES Dehradun offers B.tech degree in CSE for a total fees of INR 18 Lakhs for the entire course.

Pros :i) Around 70% students get placed. Companies like Dell, Adobe, Microsoft offers placement here.

ii) The highest package offered is around 10-15 LPA.

iii) The infrastructure is decent & the campus looks beautiful

iv) The teachers are very helpful.

Cons : i) The college is located in outskirts of Dehradun so transport can be an issue.

ii) The fees is a bit too high.

I think first you should eliminate  cgc because other two universities (chandigarh and chitkara) are far better than cgc in every parameter like academics,placements, quality of education ,scholarships, etc . Now we compare btw chandigarh and chitkara, chandigarh univeristy is famous for its bachelors in science courses and bachelors in administration courses .SO chitkara university is best for mutlimedia courses

Chitkara University is good college.The college provides good placement drives and many renowned companies like MANKIND,KARA,Jhonsons etc come for recruiting students.However the placement cell is very strong and also the infrastructure provided by the college is also good with all other modern facilities like WIFI,classrooms,library etc.Faculties are also good and they help the students a lot.
