Chitkara University Chandigarh  has been ranked 35 for Private MBA by Outlook 2020.

It offers many specializations in MBA like ,  MBA in Marketing , MBA in Finance and Banking , MBA in Healthcare Management ,  MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and others.

It's placement record is also good , highest package goes around 30 lack as per college data and average is around 7 lack.

I advise you to go through college prospects and then decide that will it suits you or not , in terms of fees , academics and faculties.

Both the colleges you mentioned are good in the field of education but Chitkara University has better ratings than SKIT, Jaipur. If you go through the placement stats, you'll see that the number of students getting placed are increasing every year. You haven't mentioned the course you're enquiring about. Don't worry among the three Punjabi University is the best one. Apart from these three colleges some other good colleges are-

1) Khalsa College

2) Bharathiar University

3) Panjab University.

You can check these also but according to the datas Punjabi is the best one among these option.
