If you have secured 148 marks in JEE mains ( you did not mention any exam) then you will get NITs 100%.
You will get top NITs with core branches. Do your counselling carefully.

No. HBTU takes admission through JEE Mains only.
No. HBTU takes admission through JEE Mains only.
No Sumit , HBTU does not grant admission on the merit basis of UPTU marks. Admissions are made on the basis of merit of JEE MAINS(for UG courses) or GATE(for PG courses) .And there are many colleges in UP which does not accept UPTU marks so i can not tell you the name of some of them . But , only the colleges which are affiliated by AKTU accepts UPTU marks.

College Infrastructure
Nice infrastructure, building are well developed or in a good condition.. Campus is well equipped with water coolers and cycle facilities. All branches has there separate buildings except some technology branches. Infrastructure can become better.

College Infrastructure
the infrastructure seriously lags behind modern standards. Many buildings appear outdated and poorly maintained. Classrooms often lack proper ventilation, and some even lack functioning fans or projectors. The hostel facilities are below average, with issues like old furniture, unhygienic bathrooms, and irregular water supply. Wi-Fi is unreliable, and basic amenities like clean drinking water and proper sanitation in many blocks need urgent improvement. The campus has potential but clearly needs significant renovation and modernization to match the level expected from a reputed government engineering institute.
A wonderful experience of enhanced academic learning
College Infrastructure
East campus is quiet well designed and maintained with its hostels, lecture halls, canteen, offices but west campus need to improve like hostel there feel too old and need some repair and need canteen
