To get admission in Indian Institute Of Space Science And Technology,Thiruvananthapuram you need to score more than 60% marks in jee advance.If you can score more than that you can get a seat at that college.As you said your predicted score is 90.With that score I don't think yoi wil be able to get admission if you are from general category.

You can apply for admission in IIST with this mark since the minimum JEE advanced cut-off for 2018 batch is 65 out of 360. You also need atleast 5 marks out of 120 in each subject.
So you can get admission in the college you desired for.

As till now, students have been selected and qualified only if they clear the individual cutoff for each subject. I don't think you can clear Mathematics with only 2 marks. You have to score more than the individual cutoff in Mathematics. Also without clearing the same won't allow you to take admission in IITs.

Your rank as per your marks and previous year cutoff analysis will be between 20000- 22000 so with this rank you will not get iist as cutoffs are higher for iist.
