Hey Aspirant, You have managed to get a considerable score in GATE 2019 in ECE branch.

With a Score of 707 out of thousand, you do have a chance of getting admission in IIT, Hyderabad.

If we observe the previous year cutoffs of IIT Hyderabad for general category in ECE branch then it can be seen that in 2017 cut of was about 697 score out of thousand for general category while in 2016 it was about 727 score out of thousand.

So hopefully you may get admission in your preferred IIT.

Hey! The chances are not very high in IITs or NITs due to the subject you want to pursue your postgraduation in. The score they require is around 700 which is not equivalent to your score. Don't lose hope! Good luck!

IIT HYDERABAD announced that from this year they will start BTech in artificial intelligence.so it is not predictable that what will be cut off marks or rank.If more number of student show interest then cutoff may go high.So give your best and wait till to all cutoff.

No you can't take direct admissions to the institutes such as IITs as they don't have management quota seats and admissions for all the M.Tech courses are based on the score of GATE.

In order to appear for GATE you must fulfill following eligibility criterian,

• Candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in any relevant science subject or must be in the final year of the programme.

• While applying for GATE 2019, there is no minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree.

according to previous year cut off, for getting admission in IITs your marks is around to 65+.

or your GATE score is near about to 700.
