Yes, you can take transfer from one college to another in starting of second year. But your college should allow for taking transfer and also no objection from college in which you wanted to migrate should be obtained. 

Apart from this appication needs to be given to college administration regarding same. Also please contact your college and ask them regarding same before this.

Intergral University, Lucknow accepts admissions for D.Pharmacy on basis of merit and the basic eligibility criteria is passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics with minimum aggregate score of 50%.

The placement is not that better when compared to some of the elite law schools but still if you have the recommendation you can go there for the degree but preparing for CLAT and qualifying for some of the elite national law school is amazing compared to IET LUCKNOW
