For Jadavpur University   your   rank should have been at least around 14000 general rank being from SC

For example,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 14366 general rank for Sc category  was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University and it was for Architecture

Unfortunately not.

Bachelor's of engineering focused in Biomedical is not available in Jadavpur University.

The courses offered in the university does not have any biomedical specialization. But Mater of Technology or M.Tech has Biomedical engineering as one of the branch in the Jadavpur University.
