With the above mentioned rank in AP EAMCET and looking at the previous year Cutoff for JNTUK, you have very good chances of getting Petroleum Engineering with your above mentioned Open Category rank. You have very difficult chances of getting CSE, ECE, or Civil engineering as their cutoff's are less than 4-6k and your rank is much higher than that. The rank required for CSE is 1000-1500, for ECE it si around 3k-4k and similarly for civil is it difficult for getting admisison.

But you can get Petroleum engineering in JNTUK, as the cutoff for this branch is around 13k according to the previous year cutoff.

Last year cut off for this college in CSE was : 1213
