There is no college with code SRCET in Andhra Pradesh accepting AP EAPCET score. Considering the cut off you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in any of the preferred institutes. According to previous year data jntu k cut-off  rank for sc category is 12,000 to 75,000  ( you did not mention which course you want so here i said closing rank based on the branches ).

Looking at the previous year AP EAMCET Cutoff, in order to ger a free seat in Andhra University or JNTUK through AP EAMCET, you will have to score a rank within 2000-2500 to get Electronics and communication engineering branch through AP EAMCET. If you are talking about payed seat in jntu government college then the answer is no thete are no management quota or payed seat there.

But you can take admission in colleges which are affiliated by jntu by management quota or sponsored seat which cost around 90k / year.
You can discuss about admission from management quota in jntu affiliated private colleges.
