JUIT has a scenic hillside campus with well-maintained hostels and classrooms. The labs are modern and equipped for practical learning, especially in CS and biotech. Internet connectivity is generally reliable. However, the terrain can be challenging during winters. Transport within the campus could be improved.
The university is known for strong computer science and biotechnology programs. Faculty are supportive, but teaching quality can vary by department. Attendance rules are strict. Curriculum is industry-relevant, especially in CS/IT streams. Some departments need more research focus.
Placements are best for CS, IT, and ECE branches. Top recruiters include Infosys, TCS, and Cognizant. Core branches face fewer opportunities. Many students opt for higher studies or off-campus jobs. Placement training is provided, but more internships would help.
Fees are slightly on the higher side, but justified for CS/IT branches. Hostel and mess charges are average. Students from core branches may feel ROI is lower. Scholarships are limited but available. The degree value is decent in the tech sector.
Campus life is peaceful and disciplined, with limited distractions. Events like Le Fiestus and technical fests are well-organized. The remote location reduces exposure but ensures focus. Clubs and societies are active. Winters are harsh but beautiful.
Hostels are not sufficient. They don't have smart boards. Yes the living spaces are good and clean and food is hygienic Hostels are clean and comfortable Wifi facility is good Fees is not very moderate
Some teachers (not all) don't have the passion in themselves to teach. Only a few teachers give good and reasonable internal marks. Offers B.Tech programs in CSE, IT, ECE, Civil, Biotechnology & Bioinformatics, plus B.Pharma, M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA/BBA, and Ph.D. courses, including dual‑degree options.
Highest package reached ₹50 LPA (offered by Google), with second-highest ₹46.38 LPA from Amazon . Average package around ₹7.19 LPA, median at ₹6 LPA . Approximately 95% of eligible students received placement offers, with 316 offers made to 274 participants . Top recruiters include Google, Amazon, Zscaler, HCL, Cognizant, Genpact, among others .
The college offers quality education, modern infrastructure, and skilled faculty. Good placement rates with high packages from top tech companies. Fees are not very moderate compared to the facilities and outcomes provided. Overall, it's considered a good return on investment for engineering students
Campus life can feel like a monotonous loop, but with a little effort, you can make it one of the most memorable times of your life. Hostel life is fun with friends and you can go outside to chill. It's average
Jaypee Solan has all the essential infrastructure and modern facilities. Well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, and a rich library support academics. Hostels are clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi and mess services. Sports, medical, and recreational amenities ensure a balanced campus life.

Great
Facilities are available sometimes wifi doesn't work and network issues are there . Laboratories, library are well managed the but computers are not fully updated so much hanging issues with it so create problem
Too much hectic schedule , also course is tricky and exam papers are somewhat hard to solve compare to other colleges I have seen other colleges coding papers those are not that tough but here it is and competiton between students also there.
Yet not experienced so can't tell much about it just listened through seniors , faculty and pass out seniors it's not best or worst just can say good avg lies 10lakh around by data of computer science and technology
The infrastructure of this college is quite decent. The labs and the classrooms are average. There are approximately 28 students in one batch. The hostel has all the basic amenities like water and power supply. Girls' hostels have in-time of 9:30 pm. The quality of food is fine, it is hygienic and healthy.
The faculty is nice and helpful, they help you outside the classroom as well. Most of CSE faculty is knowledgeable about their course. The curriculum is as that of the other colleges of India which is more of theoretical knowledge than practical use. The difficulty level of the semester exams is average, they are not very difficult to pass.
Most of the students are placed in mass recruiting companies like TCS. There are not many high-end companies that come for on-campus placements. Most of the students get their placements on their own (off-campus). The highest package offered is around 45 lacs per annum which was off-campus bagged by the students’ efforts. The average package is around 4-5 lacs.
College have all the necessary infrastructure facilities and the required equipment's which includes smart classrooms good laboratory in campus hostel facility and whole campus was Wi-fi enabled as well as all these things are well maintained
As I got passed out from batch 2018 By completing B Tech in computer science as the quality of teaching is really impressive the faculty member are too much supportive and provided you the updated curriculum.
As the quality of placement was good different companies are coming for placement and from my batch almost 90% got placed with a good salary package and yes the college is too much supportive with students at the time of placement
The infrastructure is nice and equipped with all the necessary items. The college has a library stocked with books, a swimming pool, and a gym. The classrooms are well-equipped with seats, tables, and Smart boards.
Our college focuses more on practical knowledge than conceptual knowledge.Course curriculum is totally updated and well designed. All the professors are knowledgeable and supportive. They help us in every possible way.
Placements at Jaypee Institute are good enough, as I learned from seniors, and around 95% of students in Computer Science engineering got placed on campus itself. The package offered was about 1.12 crores by Amazon, and the package goes up to 10-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are like Intel, Amazon, Adobe, etc.
Good Institute for engineering
State of the art infrastructure with all amenities provided. All labs, hostels are provided with latest technology and regular cleaning and hygiene is maintained. Proper internet facilities and smart boards are installed in every class. It's also a green campus nd away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The quality of teaching was very good . Although there can be a change in curriculum as some semesters get quite hectic and it is difficult to balance everything. There was some difficulties in getting companies to hire for civil engineering, but the other streams had plenty of recruiters during our time.
The quality of placement during our placement year was very poor for civil batch but otherwise it was decent for the other branches. The placement procedure was smooth and the average placement package was around 4-5 lack pa.
The fees was around 1.5lakh per year. I think we were indeed getting our money's worth as we were being nurtured in a state of the art campus with good faculty and all the amenities.
College life was very enjoyable for most part . Many activities and fests are organized throughout the year to keep the students engaged. Many student bodies are also formed to help in the students growth. The location is safe and security is good all around the college. It has an inhouse dispensary for treating students.
1. The infrastructure & facilities were all good. 2. Well maintained labs, library, internet connectivity, hostels, gyms, mess. 3. Cleanliness was always taken care of, food was hygienic, although I wished the menu could be changed from time to time.
Back when I was enrolled in the B.Tech in Biotechnology program at JUIT, the faculty and academic curriculum was remarkable. JUIT's dept. of BT and BI was observed amongst the best in the country and for deserving students there were opportunities to get internship opportunities in life-sciences/BT industry.
Placement opportunities were mostly restricted to engineering firms and only limited companies from the life science/biotechnology sector visited the university for recruiting. Campus placements in B.Tech Biotechnology course were pretty low, around 10-20%. Nominal salary package <3 LPA.
Yearly fee of around 1.6 LPA. The status of campus based placements was poor which is why I feel it was not worth the money spent. However, placements in the life sciences/biotechnology sector cannot be compared to that in other fields of engg.
The University is situated at a picturesque position and for nature lovers it is a treat to live there especially during monsoon season. However, back then in 2010-2014 for those who were more outgoing and accustomed to city's hustle bustle the opportunities for fun activities in the university were limited. The university student club-JYC made efforts to conduct fun activities with its different cells. Teachers and support staff performed optimally when it came to handling emergencies.
College provides all necessary facilities , it has good infrastructure. We have different classrooms and computer labs which have required equipment like PC , Smart boards . Free Wifi availability is also there. Moreover college maintains good hygiene and provides quality food
Academics are great . teachers are kind and helpful but at the end being a college student you have to put your own efforts in making a better career for yourself . College does provide a library for great study environment .
Placements are average according to me . If you work hard you will definitely get a good package but you need to work yourself on it . You have to explore opportunities outside the campus as well in order to get better results.
It is a private college and fees and hostel together costs around 4 lakh per year.
It does provide great campus life with various fests and sports activies.
Hello Aspirant,
Any student who has taken a lower branch seat but waiting for upgradation will be allotted a seat much sooner than the student who left the lower branch seat and is only on the waiting list. The former is already in the system considered for upgradation in each round and the latter will have their name considered after every other upgradation case is completed.
Dear candidate,
With a 92 % in Class 12 and an EWS category from Uttar Pradesh , you have a strong chance of securing admission to B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering ( CSE ) at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology ( JIIT ) , Noida , Sector - 128 campus .
It's unlikely you'll get into IT or ECE at Jaypee Noida with an 86 percentile in JEE Main 2025. While it might be possible to get into some other programs or lower-ranked institutes, achieving that percentile would likely mean a lower rank and less competitive chances for those specific programs
