See as far as I know its a CET code that has been given to the college bvbcet or Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology lately known as KLE Technological University. To be more precise the main difference between the CET codes are:

CET code- E030: given to that branch of KLE technological University that is  PA(Private Aided College).

CET code- E241: given to that branch of KLE technological University that said to be DU(Deemed University).

These codes have been given by the organizing authority of KCET to all those institutes which comes under KCET for admission of students.

Just go for cse at reva ,as it has good scope towards future .

If you are passionate in electronics and if your hometown is hubli just go for ece.

Because travelling too matters and if you are staying in hostels fees too matter

But altlast i would like to say cse from which ever college has good scope for placements

As per your rank and caste category, you have tough chances to get EEE branch in KLE Technological University . But, you may get Mechanical Engg branch with your gained rank according to last year cut off database.

But , you need to remember that.. every year's cut off depends on some unavoidable factors like seat capacity , no of students appeared etc. that's why this prediction can't be 100% true .
