So with regard to your query, NDA exam is conducted twice in a year that is, NDA 1 and NDA 2. As per the eligibility criteria prescribed by NDA authorities, candidate's age must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years.

According to this, for the purpose of qualifying in NDA 1 you need to be born between 2 July 2004 to 1 July 2007. So, you are not eligible for NDA 1.

For NDA 2, candidate must be born between 2 January 2005 to 1 January 2008, which means you are not eligible for this also.

You can give the exam in this year i.e. 2022. because as per the eligibilities your date of birth falls under NDA 1 and NDA 2 as well for the year 2022.

I would like to tell you that Manipal university conducts it's own private admission tests to take candidates and to get admission in this university. Manipal conducts its own test so to get admission in Manipal through JEE marks is only possible in the fifth or later rounds if some seats are still left . They use jee main score/ rank to fill the seats.

It is not at all necessary to appeared for the all three phases of Manipal entrance test. The examination would be held in three phases to offered seats in engineering courses and it completely depends upon the candidate whether he wants to appear for one or more than one phases. Last date for applying is set to be 31st March 2022 and the examination for Phase 1 would be held in the second week of May.
