After your completion of 12th in arts you can do courses like BA,BBA,BMS,BFA,BHM,BCA etc.
But there are some colleges that does offer admission to NIOS candidates so you will have to check the eligibility criteria if those colleges first before applying.

for 2018-2019 there is Recruitment of Probationary Officers through Admission to Baroda Manipal School of Banking in bank of baroda. the application form was released on 12 june, 2018. but for 2019 there is no notification till now . so I would suggest you to also take preparation for other banking services exam like sbi p.o, lic, etc until the bank of boroda course program is declared. hope you may understand.

Its too soon to decide your fate. With this percentile you won't be clearing jee mains. Don't let your hopes down you have enough time to prepare well for April jee . Strictly stick to jee mains syllabus and get thorough with easy chapters first.

Manipal university is best at B. Tech courses for branches like CSE, ECE, IT, Mechanical. The various courses offered are BE./B. Tech, M. E/M.Tech, M. SC,  MCA. A median package in the field of engineering and architecture goes to 5.5 lakhs.

There are no food engineering courses available in Manipal Uiversity. But if you are really interested to pursue your career in food engineering then you can refer to some other colleges in India  like

1. National dairy research institute, karnal
2. Delhi university, Delhi
3. Central food Technology research Institute, Mysore

There are many more colleges other than above three.

Diploma pain JEE main deba darkar nahi. Tame jaha tag karicha sethire tame Uma Charan Pattnaik Engineering College ku choose karicha. Tame sei college campus jaiki admission section re jaiki pachara tanke kahibe kemiti admission heba.  Sethire entrance nathiba. Tama +2 re jaha mark /percentage asichi ,se sabu ku neiki h tanke tamu admission debe. Sei College ra b kichi  cutoff percentage thiba. Seita tame college re jaiki pacharile h jana padiya.

Tame jadi JEE mains deba pain chahuncha then tame Engineering kari paribe but diploma nuha.

I believe that you are talking about M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing. I would recommend you to try to get the same course from a government institution (NIT,IIT) and if you dont get one then go for Manipal. For this stream you may end up getting placed as a data scientist or an analyst. The packages for such jobs are usually good.

I would definitely recommend doing BA in media and communication in Manipal University if you get a chance. The only issue regarding thos course might be the hefty fee that the university charges. But it is definitely worth it considering the campus environment, placements etc.
