Are you worried your application has not been registered? In that case re-register, or contact MU authorities stating a technical failure occured.

Are you worried about further job prospects? In that case, you should check with the companies/higher ed colleges you want to go to after your degree, and see if they have  a problem with distance learning degree.

Based on this score the chances seems to be less to get a seat under 15% quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats in your state.

Based on your MUOET rank the chances are less to get IT in Manipal Jaipur but you can have the chance for Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.

Delhi University is much better. Even the people of Mumbai have no second thoughts about that.

DU offers a wide range of subjects which aren't there in MU. MU doesn't even have a course in economics except Xavier's. (Xavier's Mumbai is autonomous)

The course structure of most courses in DU is well framed, which I don't think is in Mumbai. DU offers a lot more of co-curricular activities as opposed to MU. It has more events too.

The infrastructure of MU is literally nothing as compared to DU.
