Hi
As per 2018, the cutoff rank for Mechanical in MANIT Bhopal was 8.4k. According to the previous year trend this seems difficult if you would clear the cutoff or not. Now you have to wait and see if you can clear the cutoff for this year.
Check this link to get a better idea which college and branch you can get according to your profile: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-manit-bhopal
All the best.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
Hey there,
You can get the mechanical branch there at NIT Bhopal with this much rank of 25k through OBC category. I will suggest you to apply for other engineering colleges through jee mains. I will suggest you to go for other branches also.
Good luck ahead !
To get admission in IIT you need to clear jee advance and also score good enough to get IITs as their cutoffs are high. Moreover you may get NIT bhopal with this rank but you can't get top branches like cse, ece ece as their cutoffs are lower than 6k for general category. But you can easily get branches like civil, mechanical, chemical and mechanical.
Due to the fact that ews category is implemented from this year only so it is difficult to give exact cutoffs for them but we can refer to previous year cutoffs of general category and can give a rough estimation.
You can predict what colleges you may get with this rank by going through the link of college predictor tool given below.

MANIT Cutoff for EEE goes from 914- 967 for ST Category. So it is very less chance that you get MANit with this rank
As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
NIT Srinagar
NIT Rourkela

there is no EEE in these colleges but they have both ece and electrical engineering. as per your rank and previous year data you have slim chances of getting these two branches. you can check this at https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor.

Ask if any query. Good luck
Dear aspirant....!!
If your sole purpose of doing M.Tech from MANIT is placements then i would not recommend you to got for it , as compared to B.Tech students in MANIT placement is not a boom for MTECH people there. Moreover i feel the standard of this they are doing is not up to the mark but ya indeed NIT-B has produced gems, purely depends on your approach of learning things. If you are good enough obviously a good job will come your way.
All the best!
The college infrastructure is so good and it's a old and fresh structure attracts such students we have ATMs banks and gyms in our campus which is really access fully at anytime with children's can go
College Infrastructure is good. As there are many new building have been made, new departments, new hostels which increase the capacity of students , all department and hostel are available with wifi. library is available with all variety of books, smart library is also available, students can go there and learn about anything, MANIT have a very big area and still development of many news things is going on. In department, classroom are very big with a capacity of 150 students for each class, laboratories are available for all subject and we do practical on them. In department you see a clean environment but the area of campus is very big so it is very hard to manage outside are department. In rainy season grass grow in the campus and all campus is become green due to trees and grass.
Hostels are average; they provide LAN and a 3-seater room for first-year students. Now for upcoming students, they are also providing washing machines, which will be very useful for students. Also, there is a laundry system. A man comes every day to take the clothes but it is not free; you have to pay for it.
